受付、ポーター、どなたもとても親切でした。駐車場を利用すると、フロントガラスをきれいに磨いてくれてい- た。プールは疲れた体を癒すのに最高の場所でした。朝食は品数豪華で、味も抜群でした。地下鉄も目の前にあ- り移動も便利でした。 |

日本語の話せるスタッフがいた。駅からすぐに見える場所にあり、駅自体もウィーン西駅から数駅で、だが客室- では騒音が聞こえることもなく快適だった。主要駅の一つKarlplatzへは乗り換えなしで出られる。部- 屋は広くてとても清潔だった。インターネットのアクセスも、フロントにわざわざ行く必要がなく便利。朝食は- 豪華で、メニューが豊富なうえ美味しい。白米やみそ汁など、日本人にとっては嬉しいメニューもあった。客層- はツアーの団体客や、年配の夫婦などが多かった。全体的に落ち着いた感じ。 |

中心から若干はなれていますが それでも地下鉄で10分かつ地下鉄の駅前なので 便利でした。ＪＳＴＶがはいっていたのが 高得点。ポットはありませんでした。想像どおりのアメリカンタイプのホテルです。 |

Good location and super staff with a high standard of finish and decor to the rooms. Principal negative point is the fact that, as at many other hotels nowadays, there is no longer a tea making facility in the room. For an Englishman, this is a catastrophe. |

Liked the price and the hotel staff where very helpful. Also the fact that the subway station was right next to the hotel. I think the rooms need renovation. They have the feel of the hotel 15 years ago which is maybe why I thought they were not so clean. No lcd tv in the rooms which is a standard in other 5star hotel rooms. Bathtub could definitely be replaced. |
