Very clean and comfortable bedrooms, though a little bit on the small side. Slightly further away from centre of Soll than we anticipated, but still easily within walking distance. Overall, excellent value for money. |

The owners take every care to make your stay comfortable, with much attention to detail. With an upgraded room (to an immense double appartment on the top floor), the views and privacy were much appreciated. Parking facilities are good, access to the village by foot also reasonable. This is a modern facility with the comforts of home. Would highly recommend to anyone visiting the Wilder Kaiser. A very minor point is that the detergent used for the handtowels could do with being refreshed as wet towels have an unpleasant smell |

Zeer ruim en schoon appartement met luxe en royale badkamer. Vriendelijke bediening en goede prijs/kwaliteit verhouding Geen permanent bemande receptie. Bij aankomst rond 20u geen personeel aanwezig en werden we telefonisch doorverbonden met een antwoordapparaat. Na enig zoeken bleek sleutel en welkomstbriefje echter klaar te liggen op de balie, maar klantvriendelijk was dit niet. |

Wij zijn voor de tweede keer verbleven in Rezidenz Theresa, omdat het ons vorig jaar erg goed was bevallen. De familiekamer is groot en biedt veel comfort. Het is een schitterend gebied. Voor een doorreis naar Italie is het voor ons een goede overnachtingsplaats. |

De appartementen zijn keurig ingericht en ruim van opzet.Ligging zeer mooi en fantastische uitzichten, vriendelijke mensen De handdoeken waren niet echt fris, w.s. te kort gedroogd Ontbijt was goed, alleen op zondag geen vers brood, voor 9 euro te duur |
