The breakfasts were superb, always ready at 7 a.m., the chambermaid cleaned my room and gave me fresh towels every single day. The front desk staff were not especially friendly and smoked on the job. This is forbidden in North America!! |

localisation, area, cleaness, simplicity, luggage room available. Yes, personnel. One girl was not only rude and arogant, but also unhelpful. Also one of single rooms was extremely small, and there was no warm food after 9.30, although breakfast was supposed to be serwed until 10am. |

Good location, 15-20 minutes walk from the center,3 minutes from metro. The room was quite small, but it depend which you got. Breakfast was great, and the staff was polite. Clean rooms and public areas. Overall this is very good simple hotel choic,e comparing price and quality. One receptionist girl was really helpful, the other one less. We had to wait several minutes( standing there) to get a free table for breakfast, as the breakfast-room is smaller than is nessesary. Receptionist were smoking in the hall what is totally unacceptable. Little bit old fashion, but still O.K. |

Location - near subway and bus satations; breakfast -including cold meat, hot eggs, little bit veg and fruits; free internet. Never vacuum the room carpet during stayed 6 days, had spider web on ceiling although the bath room looked clean. Had to go up and down though 2 stairs to reach our room, the light in stair way was dark and most time it did not work. Only had one chair in the room. |

Perfectly located close to the main sights, variety of public transport options, good service at the reception, clean and comfortable room, etc. Breakfast was not so good at I read in some feedback messages... Parking option is not to convinient: garage is really far away (10 minutes by walk under havy rain is really unpleasant journey) and it's not easy to find free parking place around the area (I was lucky but...). From the other hand what to expect from the centrally located hotel of such price category? |

Smell of mold in the lower corridor through which I had to walk to room 1006. TV-romote control did not work and they did not repair it even if I made it clear to the staff. The girl in the reception was quite unpolite. |

It's a quiet hotel with nice rooms, an excellent breakfast It wuld be nice to offer an internet computer in the lobby. Now, you can pay for internet on your room, but you have to bring your own laptop. |

The staf of hotel Resonanz at the first time did not reseived us very good!! Even they did not show us the way to accese the our room or let say our Appartement. Accese of the Appartment in that hotel was not clear . Also We asked them to prepare the dishes for that appartement but they did not bring !! Responsibility of staf to the guest was not good. |

Good position (20 min to walk to Stefan´s Dom), nice room, very nice bathroom, simple but good breakfast, very good coffee :-)). Good phonic isolation considering the very animated Tabor street. Parking on the side streets-ask at front desk for a parking-pass; cost only 4,60 euro per day. Or, cover parking for 12 euro per day-also at front desk all details.Very good quality-price balance. Need conditioned air and maybe new furniture in the room. |

The hotel's location is within walking distance of the Old City; there is an internet center two doors away; breakfast was very good; the room was very comfortable and the bathroom was beautiful. No air conditioning and it was very hot (but there was a fan in the room). Parking was several blocks away and no explanation about its use was provided. |
