Hotel Resonanz Vienna  

Nothing, because I was charged twice for the room and the reason provided at the Reception was that I would get back money for reservation in 2 or 3 days. I checked out on 16 Aug., but still no money returned to my bank account. Please investigate.

When booking the room I paid with a bank card and got confirmation from the hotel that payment had been received. When checked out, the Receptionist asked to pay the same sum again. She assured me that reservation money woul be returned in 2 or 3 days to my account. Since Aug.16 no money returned. I require investigation and money return.

the hotel is nearly the center of the city and not expensive.. breakfast is ok..and for a city trip is a good choice, we have enjoyed our time..

the receptionists was not too friendly and rooms are a little 'out of fashion'..

Clean and spacy apartment, excellent for 4 people. Good breakfast, friendly staff, excellent location - close to the center. Easy connection to the airport

Wi Fi is available only in the lobby and did not work half of the time.

Breakfasts were bad, the hotel did not even have a toaster, nor does it offer such basics as croissants or bacon or sauasages for breakfast - all food was just 'grab while it is there', quite scarce. Rooms were not well cleaned - a small table in the room has never been wiped over the week we stayed there, glasses have never been rinsed.

It was clean and allowed our family to all be in one room - not paying for separate rooms for us. The breakfast was delicious and there was a good variety.

The door to the hotel was locked and it was a bit confusing where to get to the rooms. Parking was on the street, and we unwittingly blocked a business in the morning as the woman at the reception said we were allowed to park where we were. Need clearer direction as to where to park.

The appartment is very convenient for a family.

good location, subway station is 150m away. Cheap parking in a rear street. Approx 4.5€/day. Rich breakfast choice. Coffee was not my choice at all.

Pillow was crap - waaaaaaay to soft! Bring your own, or put a brick under your head.

Good hotel

Instructions for reaching the hotel from the airport are incorrect and old one, I.E. tram n does not exist for 2 years... the correct instructions are: on the airport take S7 to the PRATER and there U2 to the TABORSTRASSE (only 1 station) and after go walking to the left, only one corner, and you will see the HOTEL RESONANZ...

Perfect value for money ratio, close to uBahn, nice enterior colour. 24 hour checkin service. This was the main reason for selecting them: I arrived to the city at 1am.

Too loud neighbours (within the hotel.) - Mostly becouse of low price eastern europeans/arabs were the guest who behaved quite loudly. Cleaning staff started too early on Sunday morning and didnt respond to greetings. At breakfast some ingedrient ran out when we joined it 30 min before the end.
