Beef specialities from Carinthian mountain bullock, prepared according to an old hotel recipe, but with the refined touch of modern cuisine.
Seasonal specialities such as wellness meals, asparagus, organic vegetables from our own garden, catch of the day fish from Lake Wörthersee, game from our own hunting grounds ensure that we cater to everybody’s taste.
Half board available on request (4-course menu of your choice, on Saturdays 6-course gourmet menu) available for minimum stay of 3 days.
