Up a short (50 metres' road) but steep hill overlooking the Danube, the only noise being the occasional passing reiver freighter. Family-owned and run by a small team. Decent restaurant, nice rooms. If my buddies knew I was giving such a high rating they would huff and puff, citing quite high room and dinner prices and a pretty dull breakfast.

Nádherný výhled na Dunaj. Příjemné posezení při večeři na terase hotelu opět s výhledem na řeku. Nevyrovnané pokoje co se týká výhledu, z některých pokojů není výhled na řeku.

Der im Zimmer liegen gelassene IPod meines Sohnes wurde uns netterweise nachgeschickt. Das Zimmer des Sohnes lag 2 Etagen unter unsrem - dem der Eltern, es war nicht möglich, Zimmer wenigstens auf derselben Etage zu bekommen. Beim Essen wurde Brot zum Salat gereicht, das ohne bestellt worden zu sein und ohne einen Hinweis darauf später auf der Rechnung auftauchte.

Hervorragende Lage, gute Zimmerausstattung, gute Küche mit exzellenter Fleischqualität. Frühstücksbuffet für ein Hotel dieser Preisklasse eindeutig zu dürftig und qualitativ nicht entspechend. Verbrauchte Käse- und Fleischwaren wurde erst auf Aufforderung wieder etwas aufgefüllt. Bei Nachfrage nach Ham & Eggs wurde beschieden: "Es gibt weiche Eier".

Tout est de très bonne qualité Il manque sans doute un ascenseur, mais l'immeuble est un monument historique, alors nous lui pardonnons. Le personnel pourrait alors peut-être aider à monter les bagages dans les chambres. La restauration est d'excellente qualité.

Ein traumhafter Blick auf die Donau- wunderschön! Besonders die Abendsonne auf der Terrasse ist ein Genuss. Auch das Essen war sehr gut. Etwas weit weg vom Schuß und in der Früh ein kleiner Strau Richtung Linz. Ich komme sicher wieder...

Nice hotel, spacious room, good food. Dining on the terrace overlooking the Danube was delightful Breakfast was poor compared to the evening meal. Cyclists beware of the very steep climb up to the hotel from the Donauradweg
