Hotel location & facilities were excellent. Food was very good - the portions were huge. The staff were extremely helpful. We really enjoyed our stay. the beds were a bit too hard for me liking. |

La situation de hôtel ( cadre verdoyant et situé sur un promontoire avec une belle vue sur la vallée) et son orientation " nature" . Hôtel un peu ancien qui a besoin de rénovation notamment certaines chambres. La rénovation est en cours ... mais actuellement les prestations sont maximum celle d'un 3 étoiles. |

Hotel bien situé dans la nature au calme -1/2 pension , petit déjeuner complet et service sont parfaits- très bonne literie dans les chambres - gentillesse du personnel , tout ceci nous amène à recommander cet hotel , le directeur stephan est à l'écoute des clients; toutefois certaines améliorations/rénovation doivent être faites pour correspondre à un 4 étoiles Le soir de notre arrivée nous avons été placés d'office pour le diner à la table (très petite) d'un autre couple sans obtenir gain de cause pour 1 table individuelle : inadmissible pour un 4 étoiles, la piscine extérieure est vétuste (échelle ????), la chambre ne correspond pas à un établissement 4 étoiles (à rénover - bien qu'étant très propre et suffisamment spacieuse -et la moquette devrait être supprimée ) , minibar vide (n'étant rempli que sur commande), |

Si è rivelata una pessima scelta: differente da quanto appare su internet, camera piccola (invece di una tripla normale era una doppia con un lettino aggiunto piccolo e scomodo) con soffitti bassi, praticamente un mansardato, la piscina esterna è un vascone in cemento armato grezzo dipinto di blu, pulizia ma soprattutto comfort non all'altezza di un quattro stelle (in pratica può essere a stento un tre stelle) e quindi rapporto qualità / prezzo pessimo!!! |

Personeel is heel erg vriendelijk en adviseert graag over activiteiten die je in de omgeving kunt ondernemen. De ligging van het hotel, met vanuit de tuin een prachtig uitzicht over het dal. De hotelkamer was wat ouderwets, maar die kamers worden dit jaar (2009) opgeknapt en gemoderniseerd. |

zeer attent en vriendelijk personeel; uitstekende prijs/kwaliteitsverhouding aangezien wij konden gebruik maken van de 35% reductie op de standaardprijs stemt ons inziens niet echt overeen met een volwaardig viersterrrenhotel (veeleer standaard driesterrenhotel); er is een belangrijk verschil in de variatie en kwaliteit van de aangeboden menu's wanneer de bezetting van het hotel (ten gevolge van laagseizoen) sterk terugloopt |
