The Ritzlerhof is located on a plateau with an amazing panoramic view of the lower Ötz Valley, surrounded by a 538,196 ft² natural park with many sports and recreational facilities. Here you will find a heated outdoor pool (May to October) with children’s pool, a bocce court, volleyball and badminton facilities, a fish pond with petting zoo, a tennis court, sunbathing areas with deck chairs and sunshades, and a sun terrace. Responsive staff and spa center inside. Great panoramic view from the hotel plato around Food did not match 4-star level. Location is on top of the hill and difficult to get there either by car or on foot especially when slippery

Am besten gefallen hat mir das Personal, welches außerordentlich freundlich war. Auch die Bar mit hellem, freundlichen Aufenthaltsraum war sehr schön und angenehm und der Barkeeper Erich ein absoluter Profi und äußerst nett. Kompliment!!!! Essen sehr gut, etwas kleine Portionen z.B. für junge Leute. Statt eines gebuchten Komfortzimmers bekamen wir ein normales DZ, nach Beschwerde wurden uns 10% vom Zimmerpreis nachgelassen. Das Bad war nicht absolut sauber (verspritzter Badeimer, verspritzter WC-Bürstenhalter).

Dat wij, ondanks dat de keuken gesloten was, omdat wij te laat (na 21 uur aangkomen waren) nog avondeten gekregen hebben. Een fijne geste!!!! Alles ok.

Die Mitarbeiter und Frühstucks buffet Abendessen hat ein Sauce fur alle und alles hat gleich geschmeckt. Transport war nicht zuverlässig. Fast jeden Tag war ein Problem entweder mit Wasser oder Fernsehen. Sauna und Dampfbad waren nicht im Betrieb laut offizielle Stunde, man sollte verlangen die Schaltung. Sicher nicht vier Star Hotel.

Виды из окон прекрасные. Находится на возвышении и поэтому даже а сильный туман все хорошо видно. Рядом с лесом и пешеходными тропами. По-близости горнолыжный комплекс hoch-oitz - который зимой 2012 один из не многих работал все дни, не то что zelden... Горнолыжный комплекс далековато: надо ехать на шаттле, который ходит 3 раза утром и 3 раза вечером. Далеко до оживленной жизни: ни магазинов, ни ресторанов кроме отельного нет. Далеко до Аквадома, а собственная СПА очень слабенькая: холодная сауна, а в Хамам можно заходить только в свитере:), в джакузи хлорки столько что глаза ест еще на подходе за этаж до СПА ...

Das Personal ist freundlich und Hilfsbereit. Das Essen ist gut. Das Hotel ist schlecht gebaut. Keine Trittschallisolation, Türrahmen direkt im Mauaerwerk, dadurch sehr gute Schallübertragung. Der Ort selber ist ein Schattenloch.

Schöne ruhige Lage des Hotels mit tollem Panorama, sehr nette Mitarbeiter und das Essen ist wirklich gut. reichhaltiges Serviceangebot (Massagen, Hydroxeur etc.) Der Boden des Außenpools könnte sauberer sein.Spricht damit wohl für eine gute Wasserqualität, ansonsten würde ersteres nicht auffallen. Für beheiztes Wasser etwas kühl.

Leider schlechter Service zuviele Praktikanten ! Essen nicht gut ...Shrimps Salat mit Rote Rüben , Kraut U. Bohnen Sehr hell hörig ,dieses Hotel ist leider nicht zu empfehlen, ausser der Lage die ist toll!

Bohnenkaffe Die Bilder die in der Vorschau auf booking.com zu sehen waren , haben mit der Realität nichts zu tun. Normalpreis 129 € Einzelzimmer pro Nacht dann bekommt man wahrscheinlich auch das Zimmer das zu sehen war , wenn man abewr dann um 59 € übernachtet dann bekommt man so ein Zimmer wo ich übernachhtet habe.

Wir waren als Paar 2 Nächte im Hotel (Nebensaison). Wegen der Kürze nicht alle Vorteile nutzen können (Wellnessbereich). Direkt vom Hotel aus schöne Wanderungen möglich. In der näheren Umgebung viele Ausflugsmöglichkeiten! Hotel ins sehr schöner Lage mit tollem Ausblick. Ist einen Urlaub wert.

Only the view The room doesn't meet 4 stares it feets only 1-2 stares. It looks like 40 years ago.we didn't have a place to put our suitcase .the same about the food.they dare to charge 36 auro for a couple for low standart dinner.if you want to eat somewere else there is nothing to eat nearbuy.the hotel has to refurnished to meet 4 stares.THEY Charge too much for waht you get .
