Příjemný rodinný hotel na výborném klidném místě nedaleko stanice lanovky se skvělou kuchyní a výborným zázemím - bazén, sauna, relax apod.

Die Zimmer sind sehr liebevoll eingerichtet, der Duschbereich ist sehr kunstvoll gestaltet. Das Essen ist hervorragend. Obwohl das Hotel sehr voll war, war der Service immer freundlich und kompetent. Die Wirtsleute bieten bei allen auftretenden Schwierigkeiten ( z.B. nicht anspringendes Auto ) Rat und Hilfe.Der Wellnessbereich ist sehr vielseitig und großzügig gestaltet mit ausreichenden und originellen Liegemöglichkeiten.

Die sehr unterschiedlich und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichteten Suiten. Verständigung mit den Servicekräften, konnten kaum deutsch. Essen sehr wenig gewürzt und übersichtlich.

Das Zimmer war sehr schön.Wellnessbereich ok. Das Zimmer war zu kalt. Wurde auch von anderen Besuchern festgestellt. Beschwerde nützte nichts. Das Essen war sehr wenig u. nicht besonders gut.

Het hotel in z'n algemeenheid was hartstikke mooi. Het eten was goed en de welness was boven verwachting. Wij hadden via Booking.com 4 suites gereserveerd. Toen wij aankwamen had men slechts één suite en één tweepersoonskamer beschikbaar. De bedoeling was dat wij met 4 personen (vrienden) op een tweepersoonskamer gingen slapen. Het was een kamer zonder deur voor de douche, een raam tussen douche en slaapkamer en dus te weinig slaapruimte voor 4 volwassenen. Dit viel dus bijzonder tegen. Uiteindelijk hebben wij kunnen regelen dat twee personen in een massageruimte konden slapen. Echter dit was een ruimte die ook door derden werd gebruikt. Bovendien was deze kamer niet voorzien van een douche en WC.

Sehr nette Hoteliersfamilie, man fühlte sich gleich wohl. Ganz niedlich sind die 2 Romantikhütten in denen für Paare das Essen serviert wird. Kleine Details sind durchaus verbesserungsfähig, wie kaputte Glühbirnen, fast 100 °c in der Sauna ist auch nicht mehr wirklich entspannend, Skikeller sehr eng und die Schuheizung lief nie.Kein Heizstrahler im Raucherraum.

Buiten het dorpshart van Gerlos, met uitzicht op de bergen (mits kamer aan de voorzijde van het hotel). Wij hebben dit hotel geboekt n.a.v. de beoordelingen op Booking.com. Helaas, dat hadden we niet moeten doen, ook al wisten we dat de internetfaciliteiten matig waren (moet zijn, slecht). Ook de suite, met open badkamer (...) en een douche in het bad, waar ik met mijn 1.80 niet recht onder kon staan is geen pretje. Het eten is matig (niveau wegrestaurant) en helemaal als je het vegatarische menu neemt als je niet voor de 5e keer varkensvlees wilt eten. De service is beroerd. Water in glas bij het avondeten wordt in rekening gebracht. Suite is klein en bed is hard. Vergelijk het met een budget motel. Ben in heel veel hotels geweest, overal in de wereld, deze staat met stip bovenaan, maar dan in de rij nooit weer.

Uitstekende ontvangst met goede uitleg over mogelijkheden, programma's en activiteiten. Gericht op sportief recreëren. Correct , behulpzaam en vriendelijk personeel. Zeer goede keuken met 5 gangenmenu als half-pension en goed uitgebreid ontbijtbuffet met producten van eigen bedrijf of regio. Er viel niets tegen.

Bio ételek minden választékban, meglepő részletek, nagyon klassz hangulatú a szálloda, és éppen magyar lányok érkeztek ide dolgozni Leginkább csak németül beszélnek, angolul szinte egyáltalán nem értettek.

Die Familie war sehr nett, zuvorkommend und unkompliziert! Wir haben eine Suite mit Kachelofen erhalten, obwohl wir ein normales Zimmer gebucht haben. Das Essen war sehr gut und das Personal sehr bemüht. Wir haben wirklich 3 tolle Tage verbracht!

Die Zimmer sind sehr liebevoll und schön eingerichtet - teilweise mit Kamin - richtig zum Wohlfühlen. Das Wirtsehepaar ist sehr nett. Es gibt ein Superfrühstück mit großer Auswahl an wunderbar frischen Speisen. Auch das Abendessen fiel durch gute Lebensmittelqualität auf. Ein Hotel zum rundum wohlfühlen. Könnte mir auch jederzeit einen längeren Aufenthalt im Grubachhof vorstellen.
