The location was excellent and very pleasant hotel. Not too upmarket but a spa type thing on the top floor and free wi-fi for those that are interested. Villach is also surrounded by breathtaking scenery. Some of the furnishing could have down with an upgrade but that added to the charm. Bedrooms were a little basic. |

Nice hotel, clean comfortable rooms. Good location Dinner service was very slow in the restaurant. Hotel was pricey, but so was everything else in Villach |

Very nice hotel, beautiful garden, cozy room, nice interior, radio in bathroom:) Good location in center, friendly stuff, very good restaurant. We really liked this hotel! I can only recommend it. |

Hotel was clean and comfortable. Lovely breakfast. Walking distance from the train station and in middle of lovely town. Plenty of places to get dinner in close range. |

Very nice interior in the whole building including the hotel and the restaurant. Clean and all the surfaces in seemed very new. Breakfast was very good. |

the hotel location in the main square of the town was very convenient. we stayed there before christmass so it was very nice to see all the christmass market just as you step out of the hotel. the restaurant was excellent too, one of the best in town the room was very small and not well furnished, definitely not at all what you expect from a four star hotel. lighting was also very bad. there was no proper space in the bathroom to put cosmetics and make up. i had just got out of the hospital , so I could not carry any luggage or would like to have some tea in the roomand there was no room service. |

The hotel is in a very good location, right in the heart of things. Breakfast is great. Staff are helpful and hotel has good facilities (eg. cafe and restaurant). |

Warm and friendly atmosphere in nice surroundings The shower of the bathroom (which is spacious and nicely designed) is not very practical since it lacks a movable shower head. |

Die Lage ist nicht schlecht! Die Toilette war nicht befestigt, sodass man glaubte von diesem zu fallen! Steckdose hängte aus der Wand! Bei Reklamation bei der Rezeption, meinte sie nur: ich werde es weiter geben - aus - das wars!!! Am Abend, in der Raucherecke gab es nur eine sehr schlechte Bedienung, da das Restaurant voll war - so die Aussage des sehr schlecht aufgelegten Kellner! Wir werden nie wieder hinfahren - das ist sicher! |

Die zentrale Lage und was mir sehr gefallen hat, dass ich am Tag meiner Ankunft Geburtstag hatte und mir das Personal persönlich gratuliert und eine kleine Aufmerksamkeit auf das Zimmer gebracht hat. Sehr nett und nochmals herzlichen Dank! |
