Beautiful surroundings and ideal lakeside location. Excellent fine dining. We booked in the annexe as the main hotel was full, and found this very disappointing. There is no service whatsoever, for example no clean towels during our four night stay. The furnishings are dated and ill matched. There is a lake view, but over the top of a dilapidated tin shack. Therefore I would not recommend a stay at "The Residence by the Lake" |

The location around a lake,the town,the restaurant A large courtyard in front is shared by several businesses and delivery trucks begin rolling in before 7am.I Needed earplugs at night to be able to get some sleep.I Had requested a room in the back and parking reservation and neither of those were made avaialable....I Was here to celebrate our wedding anniversary..... |

the location of hotel the car parking far away from the hotel and for somone just arrive it will be confusing so they should have staff take the car of guest and park it for him |

der Wellnessbereich in Kobination mit der Lage am See sowie die Aussicht auf den Wolfgangsee. Auf Grund der Geschichte und der Tradition des Hauses gibt es keine negativen Erfahrungen. Einzig vieleicht die kleinen alten TV Geräte wären zu bemängeln. |

Vi nød det. Romantisk - luxus pur - et sted jeg gerne vil tage hen igen for 3 til 8 dage. Deres morgenbuffet var himmelsk - Informer om deres særlige før jule - advent tilbud. Der er et fantastisk spa tilbud, med dryppestensgrotte. og de tilbyder bademulighed hele året rundt i den opvarmede Wolfgang see. . |

ロケーション、屋外プール、最高のホテルです。 子供達と山、湖を目の前にしたプールで遊びました。 ホテル前では、ブラスバンドの演奏会や、アイスクリーム売り場もあり、たまたま泊まった時期が良かったのかも知れませんが。。。。。 駐車場は有料で、ホテルから離れた場所にあります。 しかしセキュリティの為 と理解すれば、問題なしです。 また泊りたいホテルです。 |
