posizione molto bella, sanue vaire, piscina interna ed esterna, prato antistante con accesso al lago, possibilità noleggio barche nelle vicinanze, ristorante per la cena (buona) che conviene prenotare con mezza pensione per non doverla pagare eccessivamente.

Sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption im Gegensatz zu Servicekräfte im Restaurant! Schöne Sicht auf den Millstätter See Im Zimmer 311, das wir bekommen haben, hat es gezogen wie im Taubenschlag...Möbel zu alt für ein 4 Stern Superior Hotel....am 31.12. hat man nur die Möglichkeit am Galadinner teilzunehmen, e.g. es hat geheissen kein A-la Karte Essen früher möglich, obwohl wir mit einem Kleinkind kaum an einem Galadinner teilnehmen können / konnten...Servicekräfte im Restaurant unfreundlich und überheblich (gewirkt).. Gott Sei Dank waren die Rezeptionsdamen so freundlich und uns ein anderes Zimmer kurzfristig organisiert.

Luogo incantevole, molto adatto a coppie e un po' meno a famiglie con bambini piccoli. Colazione a buffet abbondante e molto variegata. Avrei preferito l'acqua della piscina un po' più calda e la zona relax con I lettini ad acqua più spaziosa.

Ein erstklassiges Hotel, welches nicht nur eine bezaubernde Stille bietet sondern auch noch ein ausgezeichnetes Personal und eine vorzügliche Küche. Die traumhafte Lage ist auch sehr bewunderswert.

Il soggiorno è stato perfetto. La posizione dell'albergo è incantevole. I servizi sono davvero completi e curati nel dettaglio. Quello che ti può servire in ogni circostanza è sempre a disposizione ed è tutto compreso. Lo staff molto professionale, ma anche molto cordiale, parla anche inglese e italiano. L'atmosfera è familiare e la manutenzione della struttura e la pulizia sono di primordine. Bellissimo avere sia la barca a remi che la bicicletta a disposizione! I colori dell'autunno che si possono ammirare dall'albergo sono strepitosi. Marco e Valentina

Nous avons beaucoup aimé la situation géographique de l'hôtel: près du lac et de la marina et avec une vue merveilleuse sur la montagne. Nous avions aussi une chambre magnifique, en coin avec deux balcons et la vue sur le lac, la marina et la montagne. L'hôtel dispose d'un centre de "wellness" très élaboré, sauna, piscine, salle d'exercice, et accès au lac. Nous pouvions disposer de beaux et accueillants endroits communs.Le petit déjeûner était varié et savoureux. Terminons avec le personnel qui était très attentif et accueilant et contribuent pour beaucoup à rendre le séjour agréable. Les propriétaires parlent le français en plus de l'allemand et de l'anglais et se font un plaisir de venir vous parler et de vous fournir des explications en français, notamment aux repas. Molto romantico e soprattutto un paesaggio da favola.Appena entri ti immergi nel classico paesaggio austriaco da favola, la zona relax è allietata da un caninetto e da poltrone colorate che ti danno calore. La cucina ineccepibile e l'atmosfera d'altri tempi rende tutto accogliente. La camera ha una visuale mozzafiato sull'incantevole lago e sulle montagne bellissime. Le saune non erano tutte accese.

De ligging van het hotel is perfect. Direct aan het meer en voldoende ruimte en ligbedden voor iedereen die wil genieten van een dag aan het water. Alle ruimtes zijn zeer verzorgd en toegankelijk. De Spa functioneert goed. De mensen die de behandelingen geven zijn professioneel en erg klantvriendelijk. Ook het overige personeel is bijzonder vriendelijk en kennen snel de namen van de gasten waardoor het na een dag uit steeds net "thuiskomen" is. De kamers zijn ruim en schoon. Het hotel is verder ook een goede basis voor het maken van uitstapjes. Kortom zeker een hotel om nog eens terug te komen.

Il personale dell'hotel molto ospitale, posizione molto romantica per una coppia! Le camere pulite e ben organizzate. Colazione abbondante e, volendo, si puo`godere di una piu` che soddisfacente cena! Poco distante da BadKlein e quindi da impianti sciistici e termali. Se non avete esigenze particolari, la struttura offre un impianto termale all'altezza!
