Cancellation
If cancelled up to 56 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled up to 1 day before date of arrival, 70 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
Children and extra beds
All children under 7 years are charged EUR 25.00 per night when using existing bedding.
All children from 7 to 12 years are charged EUR 37.00 per night when using existing bedding.
All children from 13 to 15 years are charged EUR 45.00 per night when using existing bedding.
All older children or adults are charged 10 % of the room stay per night when using existing bedding.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
Any extra bedding is upon request and needs to be confirmed by the hotel.
Supplements will not be calculated automatically in the total costs and have to be paid separately in the hotel.
Deposit
30 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable.

Pets are allowed. Charges may be applicable.

The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival.

good position of the hotel near to grand hotel and ali baba resturant and city center ... have parking for our car .... nice lobby I order lake view room but when we arrive they give us a very hot room and was back view of buildings ... no AC .... no Internet in the rooms (in the looby only) ..... and they wasnt frindly with us !!! so I decieded to change the hotel they asked me to pay for the whol 3 nights to make chekc out ... I accepted that ... then they tried to finde another room with another view (much better thank the first one but not a lake view )!!! |

The hotel had a very calm, traditional Austrian feel and the garden was really pretty. It was nice to have an outdoor pool as well as the relaxing indoor areas. We had planned to stay on the BB tariff and eat out, but once we experienced the evening meal at 10 euros each, we decided to change to half board! The hotel is close to the lake and shops - and bicycle hire was free for 4 hours. We felt very much " at home" and appreciated the daily chocolates on the bed covers! The bar often closed early as few people seemed to be up after 10pm, so we felt a bit guilty if we wanted a drink after 11pm! |

The location was excellent; the meals were very good quality; we were upgraded for an unknown reason resulting in us having a very large family room for the two of us. This was great, lots of space! Having booked 'privately' via booking.com, not being part of a tour group was occasionally uncomfortable, especially when we chose to eat dinner at the hotel where all tours are on 'half board' but with a different menu etc. Also did not like having to sit at a specific table in the restaurant for meals - much prefer to be able to experience different areas of the restaurant! |

The family who were our hosts were fantastic! So lovely, we lucked into 'Austria' night and had a wonderful time with the food and the music. We wish we could have stayed longer! |

Harteljike ontvangst, gezellige open haard bij de bar, leuk zwembadje vooral buiten (vanaf 16h00) , goede sauna. Ruime kamer. Eten is lekker, ontbijt uitstekend. Eindelijk eens een kamer waar ik mijn koffer fatsoenlijk kwijt kon. shampoo en zeep kun je beter zelf meenemen. |

Familienbetrieb, alle Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, Frühstück ist von sehr guter Qualität, viel Auswahl, sehr feiner Wellnessbereich, Angebote reichhaltig: Skiguiding, Saunaaufgüsse, Wanderungen,....Im eigenen Restaurant haben wir sehr gut gegessen. Der Stil des Hotels muss einem gefallen. Gewachsene Struktur, sehr romantisch eingerichtet (viele alte Dinge, Fotos...) - verwinkelt, man braucht etwas Zeit um sich zurecht zufinden. Das gleiche gilt auch für die Anreise, etwas verwirrend. |

Mukava hotelli jossa on kotoinen tunnelma. Huoneet olivat siistejä. Aamupala on riittävä. Jos tulee omalla autolla niin hotellissa on oma tilava parkkipaikka. |

Zeer vriendelijk personeel en uitstekend eten Dit familiehotel is zeer de moeite waard Alleen de zin vanaf de 3 de verdieping panoramavieuw over het meer klopt niet helemaal je ziet veel daken en een klein stukje meer maar de kamer zelf is mooi |

気持のよいスパやプールがあって、滞在してリラックスして過ごすのには、チロル風の良いホテルです。ただし- 、夕食時に、ホテル内のレストランは予約客を優先し、予約の無い客はそのレストランで食事ができないのは不- 愉快でした。周辺に他の食事の施設はたくさんあるのですが。 夕食をホテルのレストランで取ろうとしたが、ハーフボードのお客で満席でした。このサイトではハーフボード- の予約が無かったので、そのため食事ができなかったとすれば、不公平であり、大変不満です。 |

Wystrój jest na prawdę romantyczny. Obsługa bardzo się stara. Okropne poduszki - bardzo nabite, nie dało się na nich spać. Basen był zimny !!! (mimo zapowiedzi na str. internetowej, że ma 35 stopni). |
