There was just one small issue: the parking. First we were handed a gate opener to park our car in the private parking place right next to the hotel. We parked, occupied our room, and then left for about an hour. When we returned the parking lot was full. Since it was illegal leaving our car near the full parking lot we asked for help. We learned that we can use the parking lot near a big store not far from the hotel (actually almost just accross the road). Had to give back the gate opener and we got the directions. Drove there, but were not able to enter, it was protected with barriers and required a card to open it. Which they forgot to give us at the hotel, so we had to go back and ask for one. They gave it, then we drove back and used the card. It was really a tiny episode in the overall very pleasant stay, but at that precise moment we were a bit annoyed.... :-)
Closeness to Messe Graz (we were with dogs ,attending a show, so it was great that it took only a few minutes walk to get there). Helpful, nice, young staff with real multilingualism. One of the best hotel matresses we've met...important! Either there were very nice and really careful guests or the hotel had excellent sound-proofing. Tasty dinner served in the hotel.
