Hotel Rösch  

It's a very intimate, friendly hotel. I was perfectly satisfied. Wonderful restaurant, good breakfast, pretty wellness area. I reccomend to everyone!

I haven't seen coverd parking place...

The hotel has a little bit of land on the canel with sun loungers and pedalos that you can borrow. We made the most of this facility. It was a lovely area to soak up the sun and have a swim in the canel.

Some of the staff were a bit rude. They were often unhelpful and although I understand there was a language barrier, they seemed very surley and rude.

Access to Lake Worthersee, a beautiful area. Relaxing hotel in lovely surroundings. Good breakfast.

The staff seemed oddly diffident, although that may have been a language problem or a hotel style with which we were not familiar. For example someone who appeared to be a member of the hotel management was working in the garden when we arrived but he made no attempt to acknowledge us as new arrivals. It did not help that our room was on the second floor and that there was no lift. Although we were later told that the hotel was advertised on the internet as having no lift, I cannot find such a statement. Eventually on request a chef was found to help us (on arrival and departure). Breakfast required an exploration and was a similar help yourself. Perhaps this is an Austrian style.

Schönes Zimmer; Tolles Essen im Restaurant !!!

Wir waren hier sehr zufrieden. Auch unser mittelgroßer Hund wurde gerne aufgenommen, was für uns auch wichtig war. Es ist nur ein kurzer Fussmarsch bis zum See. Der Preis für die übernachtung war schwer in Ordnung. Die Zimmer sind schön renoviert.

Die Preise im Restaurant sind jedoch eher im oberen Preisbereich. Aber auch hier gibt es Leckeres zu bezahlbaren Preisen und die Küche ist sehr gut. Eigentlich kein wirklicher Kritikpunkt.

Si trova di fronte ad un supermercato,nel complesso carino

Colazione molto carente e mal curata,staff non parla italiano e parla male inglese,staff poco professionale e antipatico,poca chiarezza sul conto da pagare,non è al livello di un 3 stelle,assenza di aria condizionata per chi deve sogiornare in estate,molto fuori dal centro città di Klagenfurt,ci sono esclusivamente prese elettriche di tipo "shuko" e quelle italiane a 3 poli non vanno bene,molto caro in proporzione ai servizi dati

Pulizia,ottima colazione

Chiusura per cena il primo gennaio,nessuna proposta o informazione da parte dello staff dell'offerta culturale o paesaggistica del territorio.

L'accoglienza del personale, il design, l'arredamento dell'hotel descrivono al meglio l'atmosfera austriaca nel periodo natalizio.

Camera confortevole e pulita. Buona e variegata la colazione.

Mi ha colpito la grande scontrosità della receptionist, la quale non ha peccato solo di sgarbo ma ci ha anche comunicato un orario errato per la colazione.

Prijazno osebje, lepe, moderno opremljene sobe. Prostornost sobe. Dovolj parkirnih mest, obilen zajtrk.

Personale molto cordiale. Camere davvero molto pulite e confortevoli. Colazione a buffet molto fornita!
