Hotel Rösch  

Really nice Hotel. Would go back again even though it was a bit further out from the city centre (15 mins by bus) and not quite on the lake as we thought but the view around it was really nice. We went in November which was a pretty random time but I think it would be great in summer! Hotel guests can use the pedal boats for free for an hour when the weather is good.

The hotel has a little bit of land on the canel with sun loungers and pedalos that you can borrow. We made the most of this facility. It was a lovely area to soak up the sun and have a swim in the canel.

Some of the staff were a bit rude. They were often unhelpful and although I understand there was a language barrier, they seemed very surley and rude.

Access to Lake Worthersee, a beautiful area. Relaxing hotel in lovely surroundings. Good breakfast.

The staff seemed oddly diffident, although that may have been a language problem or a hotel style with which we were not familiar. For example someone who appeared to be a member of the hotel management was working in the garden when we arrived but he made no attempt to acknowledge us as new arrivals. It did not help that our room was on the second floor and that there was no lift. Although we were later told that the hotel was advertised on the internet as having no lift, I cannot find such a statement. Eventually on request a chef was found to help us (on arrival and departure). Breakfast required an exploration and was a similar help yourself. Perhaps this is an Austrian style.

schönes großes Zimmer (kleiner Wohnbereich und Schlafzimmer getrennt); tolles Frühstücksbuffet, top Lage - man ist gleich am Wörthersee, sofort auf der Autobahn und genau so schnell in der Innenstadt gratis Parkmöglichkeiten

Poche formalità e libertà di movimento

Trattamento 1/2 pensione di scarsa qualità chiesto camere non fumatori e ci hanno messo a cenare in una sala fumatori motivo per cui la seconda sera abbiamo optato per il solo pernottamento e siamo andati a cenare fuori, la cena in hotel ci è costat più di bevande che di cena

Milý personál, pekné prostredie, dobrá kuchyňa, blízko pri jazere.

Internet na vyžiadanie, hluk z hlavnej cesty, súkromná pláž nie priamo pri hoteli.

Grundsätzlich OK, die Zimmer allerdings nicht für gehobene Ansprüche geeignet. Die Küche ist ausgezeichnet und wird auch von einheimischen Gästen geschätzt. Das Personal ist freundlich.

Das Frühstücksbuffet war meinen Ansprüchen durchaus gerecht (allerdings frühstücke ich normalerweise nicht) und ausreichend. Jedoch fehlten an zwei von 4 Tagen die Tassen am gedeckten Tisch.

Camera confortevole, il personale è molto gentile e molto disponibile,la colazione è varia e buona. Possiamo ritenerci soddisfatti!

Chiusura per cena il primo gennaio,nessuna proposta o informazione da parte dello staff dell'offerta culturale o paesaggistica del territorio.

Hotel molto pulito e confortevole. Dista circa 5 minuti in macchina dal centro. Piccola sauna e bagno turco, con zona relax munita di lettini e vista sul verde. Ci hanno fornito, su richiesta, gli accapatoi. Staff cordiale, non parla italiano, ma ok con l'inglese. Colazione abbondante e carino anche allestimento tavoli. Di fronte all'hotel c'è un supermarket. Buona impressione.

Per andare in centro è necessaria l'auto. Resto ok

In modo particolare l'accoglienza, gentilissimi I signori Rosch, disponibili e sorridenti, ed anche il personale. Poi l'atmosfera del periodo, così romantica curata attentamente in tutti I dettagli negli addobbi natalizi,
