A very long way from transport. Very little English spoken by staff. No air conditioning, no tea/coffee facilities in room or outside of bar hours. |

Fantastic location!! Staff and facilities were wonderful!! Food superb I would recommend this hotel to anyone who loves a quite location but one that is close to the city and lake. We could walk to the main lake beach in 15 minutes. The hotel summer house was a three minute walk. Speaking only English did not mattaer. The staff communicated with us with no problem, and visa versa. The three star rating is too low, I would give this hotel a four star rating. |

The food was good. We were put in the annexe and there was no lift; unfortunately, our visit co-incided with a conference and the hotel was very busy. |

Das Hotel ist nur zu empfehlen, wenn man mit dem eigenen (oder gemieteten) Pkw unterwegs ist. Es gibt zwar eine Bushaltestelle direkt vor dem Hotel, nur fahren die Busse diese leider nur zu völlig "unpassenden" Zeiten an - weder am späten Vormittag nach dem Frühstück, noch am Abend, wenn man wieder zum Hotel zurückkehren möchte, kann man auf diese Möglichkeit zählen. Die angebotenen Verbindungen sind auf den Schülertransport und in keinster Weise auf Touristen ausgerichtet. Eine Haltestelle ("Minimundus") mit guter Anbindung ist ca. 1,5 km in der einen Richtung entfernt, eine zweite ("Viktring / Krottendorf") in der anderen Richtung ca. 1 km. Beides bringt, gerade mit Gepäck und / oder bei Zeitknappheit, keinen Spaß! Außerdem: Die vielfach angepriesene Wellness-Oase wurde trotz des teilweise nachweislich schlechten Wetters nicht ein einziges Mal angeboten - nachgefragt habe ich allerdings auch nicht. Mein Fazit: So nah, und doch so fern... Wer Klagenfurt und die Umgebung sehen will und mit dem Flieger kommt, wie ich es getan habe, sollte sich eindeutig ein anderes Hotel suchen. Mit dem Zug ist man selbst aus Pörtschach und ggf. sogar aus Velden eher im Zentrum von Klagenfurt als vom Hotel Rösch, das auf den ersten Blick "nur um die Ecke" liegt! |

L'ubicazione dell'hotel con molto verde intorno anche per passeggiate, è molto rilassante anche per chi, come me, possiede dei cani. La possibilità poi di poter portare gli stessi in camera e nel ristorante, l'ho trovato molto positivo Non mi è piaciuto che in un hotel così gradevole, non ci fosse un menù in inglese, come in tutti gli hotel in Europa dove ho soggiornato |
