If you have booked a self-catering apartment, you can enjoy traditional Tyrolean cuisine at Gasthof Klara at any time, on the sunniest terrace in the village centre.
All rooms are furnished in Tyrolean style, with plenty of wood and warm colours. Family rooms are available for low prices and with lots of rooms for one or two extra beds for children.
The hotel Rosenegger is located in the centre of Pertisau, only a 2-minute walk from the boat landing stage on Achensee and an 8-minute walk from the Karwendel cable car that brings you to the Zwölferkopf mountain in summer as well as in winter.
Directly opposite the hotel you can join the cross-country tracks that lead around the Achensee and into the Karwendel Nature Reserve. In summer, a historic bus stops almost directly in front of the hotel and lets you discover the Karwendel Valleys Recreation Area in comfort.
Sporting activities: hiking and mountaineering, cycling, 18-hole golf course in the village, tennis centre, minigolf, horseback riding, sailing, surfing and kite surfing, cross-country skiing, skiing and snowboarding, ice skating and ice stock sport.
Leisure activities: sledging, walks in the Karwendel Alpine Park and around the Achensee, luge, sauna and solarium at the Gästehaus Klara, many excursion destinations and sights in the vicinity of the lake.

The spacious, well appointed one bedroomed apartment was close to many features of interest. The kitchen, and lounge/dining room was separate from the other rooms, we also had s separate shower room and separate toilet - all very spacious. Having a lift was also great, as we did not have to carry our luggage up the stairs we were on the top floor. A few old probably ex-rental bikes were also available to rent for guests, which was great, but be aware that some of the gears do not work so well - so don't plan long cross-country trips. Many other eateries, shops, and an information centre were close by, also boating activities. Well placed for different activities and access to main roads. They also serve meals, not used by us. We found the noise from a nearby ? music venue, especially the thudding noise somewhat disturbing one evening. At least it was only the one night. We faced the kitchen of another large establishment, so there was some noise from kitchen activities soon after supper and with breakfast. We probably had the cheapest unit which did not include meals, but it was still worth it. |

The location is beautiful at the very end of the lake with bars, restaurants and a spar shop close by, a stones throw from the lake,the hotel is very pretty from the outside with a typical wooden swiss chalet type style.The staff were pleasant,breakfast was good,the rooms were spacious and the hotel very clean. The rooms although very clean,are dark,the bathroom is 70s style & only has a shower,no bath,no hair dryer.The shared balcony at the rear(between 3 rooms)means that you have to have curtains closed most of the time-this not only makes the room even darker but restricts you in the room-eg.can't get out of the shower & walk around for fear of other people walking or standing outside your window.This hotel has little sound proofing & people could clearly be heard doing "basic things"above/nextdoor.After 14 days travelling &14 different hotels this is the only one that I would not return to.It was by no means horrendous or filthy,it was fine but money wise very overpriced. |

Het appartement was luxe en ruim en de ontvangst / bediening was prima; de ligging van het hotel ten opzichte van activiteiten / het meer was prima; parkeerplek uitstekend (voor de deur). Prijs / kwaliteit-verhouding erg goed. Kortom, een schot in de roos, ideaal als doorreisovernachting, maar volgende keer blijven we waarschijnlijk wat langer. |

Goede prijs-kwaliteitverhouding. Het hotel is aande buitenkant gerenoveerd maar inwendig nog sterk verouderd. Voor 1 of 2 nachten prima maar voor een langer verblijf zou ik een moderner (en daardoor duurder) hotel in Pertisau boeken. |
