The location is excellent, just few blocks from city center, the free parking place is a value add, you do not have pay additional for parking lots,we got a room with a the terrace on the third floor, montain view,it is amaizing. The tiny mini bathroom, it is really too small, the beds are not really confortable |

The location of the hotel was fantastic. It was very noisy being next to the main street,they need to put double windows to prevent the noise. |

I like that the hotel is not far from the city center. We take one room for 4 person. The room was very small and inconvenient. |

The room was clean and has a very nice panoramic view from the balcony. Its location is also one of the hotel's benefit. The staff did not offer the same menu for everyone for breakfast (some people were offered eggs menu, some were not). A little more polite way to remind guests to check-out/pay is really appreciated (please do not ask the guests to pay while they were eating breakfast!) |

The location with regard to the Old Town is excellent. The staff were extremely friendly, polite and efficient. I was travelling with my wife and 22 month old daughter, and stayed on New Years Eve. Not the best of combinations. However everyone at the hotel were very good, our room was a fairly large and warm, and our stay was comfortable. It is somewhere that I would return to, and would love to do another New year there (but definately leave the wife and daughter at home). Limited parking |

A very centrally located hotel. Very well connected by tram lines to all the places. Very helpful and friendly staff. Good Buffet breakfast. Bathroom did not have an exhaust or window so slight smell was there. |

Very close to all the sites in the downtown area. Only a 5 minute walk. They had no parking spots left, so I had to pay for parking. When I checked the next day, they only have about 12 spots available - first come, first serve. The bathroom is clausterphobic. It is only comfortable for someone no more than 5' 2", and thin. |
