1-Service & food quality of roof restaurant. People were unexpectedly friendly.2-good combination of classic decoration & modern comfort 3- perfect location. Noise isolation was poor. Not from the outside but from the inside as well. I woke up at the same time with the cleaning service at the main coridor. |

Location There is a Billa store across the street and deliveries start at 6 in the morning - quite noisy and uncomfortable. Also the bathrooms are made of a hideous brown material, not even tiles, which in mu opinion does not suit well the category of the hotel, respectively the price. |

Excellent location right in the heart of the city. Staff were all very pleasant and helpful. A little bit pricey but the location made up for this. |

gute Lage Zimmer unter dem Dach, infolge Sonne völlig überhitzt. Klimaanlage hat nicht funktioniert. Kinderbett trotz Vorbestellung und Angabe dass Baby 6 Monate alt nicht vorhanden.Nachträglich Erwachsenenzustellbett geliefert. Zimmerwechsel für Familie mit Baby am 2. Tag möglich. |

Zentrale Lage mit guten Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Sehenswürdigkeiten der Stadt per Fuss und per U-Bahn/ Straßenbahn/Bus mühelos erreichbar. Große Wärme im Zimmer (8. Stockwerk), Lüftungsanlage wurde zunächst als "Klimaanlage" bezeichnet, funktionierte - trotz an der Rezeption zugesagter Überprüfung - nicht zufriedenstellend. |
