I am disabled and in a wheelchair, which was clearly noted on my booking, however when I arrived they had not put me in a disabled room, as they said that someone had 'not read the booking properly' and there was no disabled rooms left. So I had no choice to have a non-disabled room, which the only way for me to use the bathroom, was either to be carried in by my partner, or pull myself along the floor. The next day at check out, I told the reception and complained. All I got was a smile and a shrug and the smallest insincere 'sorry' ever. I was extremely angry, they didnt seem to care, they just want their money (with no discount). Not happy, and wouldn't stay here again, especially for the price!
The hotel looks nice, nice breakfast buffet.
