The hotel is 5 minutes walk from the centre of Innsbruck. The breakfast is above any expectations, simply exceptional! Hotel staff is very helpful and friendly. The room was small. I paid 129 Euro for the room plus 11 Euro for breakfast. The price would be fair if the room cost 100 Euro with breakfast included. Otherwise the price is high for this kind of a hotel, especially considering room size. |

The hotel is located in the center of Innsbruck, great for walking to Christmas markets and other sites downtown. Our room was lovely, especially the spacious and luxurious bathroom. Free high-speed internet in the room was much appreciated. We enjoyed a long, rich, superb dinner in the restaurant, which is a bit more formal and pricey than some hotel restaurants but well worth a visit during a holiday. |

Quiet position, near city center; staff kind and not intrusive. Clean room, great breakfast (but not included in room's price) We had reserved a park place, but when we arrived there were no space left. No problem 'cause we could park the car in a nearby underground parking, slightly more costly, but what if we couldn't find any place there? |

The dinner was excellent and the service from the wait staff was also excellent. The hotel is well situated. Air conditioning did not function well. |

Very nice hotel, pretty decorations with Swarowski glass, excellent buffet breakfast at a reasonable price, central location, friendly and helpful staff, good food at the restaurant. Bar closed on Sunday, restaurant closed at 14:30 - couldn't have a quick lunch at the hotel before leaving for airport. However, plenty of restaurants in old town nearby (if you have time to go there). |

Nice and cosy, easy access, good location, all facilities, feel at home etc. At our request the hostes ordered theatre tickets for us, but in the box-office, five minutes before the play start, they told us that we had not any tickets booked by the hotel. Ups. :-) |

Staff service was outstanding, you were made to feel like you were the most important guest in the hotel all the time. The only issue was the type of curtain in the room did not block out the night lights from the street and we found it diffucult to sleep. |

Lovely decor, good sized room and bathroom, big comfortable bed, attention to details. Friendly note in English wishing us Happy Christmas and biscuits left for us. Nice staff. Everywhere very clean. We had a no smoking room which was fine but as soon as we stepped outside the room, the corridors were full of the smell of smoke - I imagine from other rooms which were for smokers. Maybe it would be practical for floors to be separated for non-smokers. |

La zona relax è molto funzionale, lo stile della suite in cui abbiamo soggiornato è molto particolare e apprezzabile. Lo staff non parla italiano, cosa che sarebbe stata molto apprezzata data la categoria dell'hotel e la vicinanza al confine. E' necessario comunicare in lingua inglese, se non si conosce il tedesco. |

bello pulito ed accogliente si trova al centro vicino ai mercatini di natale ok per le spese peccato che il personale non parlava una parola di italiano stando ai confini con l'italia mi sembra un fatto stranissimo |

Cortesia dello staff. Camera standard ma molto confortevole. Vicinanza al centro storico. Parcheggio a pagamento vicino all'hotel. il personale si è preoccupato di portare e prendere l'auto. Solo un appunto: magari qualche canale italiano in più nella tv. |

E' da preferire per la sua posizione (appena 400 mt dall'Hofburg), e per I servizi. Sicuramente 2 cose: 1. la contemporanea presenza del ristorante, che causa la persistente presenza di odori provenienti dalla cucina; 2. Il fatto di non disporre di pos per carta di credito sul desk della reception, motivo per il quale il personale esegue l'operazinoe sul retro della reception stessa. |
