Location is excellent within Innsbruck but being right next to a main road it is very noisy if you are facing the city. Lots of cars and noisy people shouting on the streets at night since it is near bars

To tell you the truth, it's one of the best hotels I've ever been to. Firstly, there's a very friendly staff, ready to help & do the best for your comfort. Secondly, the rooms are very stylish & comfortable, will all facilities you can ever need. Moreover, the location is perfect! You can easily get to any place of interest. Next time I would definitely go back to this hotel. And I'll surely advice it to my friends. It's a good choice, whoever you are

Clean, comfortable, tastful modern furnished rooms. Large modern bathroom. Ground floor Restaurant was very cozy, the servers were very friendly, and the food was delicious. The hotel is a short 5 minute walk to all attractions.

Although the front desk staff was very friendly and attentive, I feel that we were lied to. I had asked to make reservations for the roof top terrace restaurant, which overlooks the mountains, and seemed so romantic and charming on all photos of the hotel. Apologeticly, we were told both nights that it was "to windy", and the terrace was closed. It didn't seem windy at all, but we respected their call. To serve my curiosity, I had to at least take a visit to check it out. That same evening I took a ride to the roof level and to my suprise, there was a private party going on up there !! Hmmm ...how do ya think we felt. Like second class citizens. Its little things like that, that prevent me from entertaining a second visit to the Schwarzer Adler.

The best Hotel in Innsbruc Stayed in many others in Innsbruck but Schwarzer Adler is by far the best. Great Location, typical tyrolean design, very friendly and competetive staff, great ambience. The rooms are very nice tyrolean design and I always feel like home at this hotel. I will be back!

We loved the location- close to the Old Town Innsbruck, near shopping centers, close to the train station, and only 20 minutes from the Alps. Very romantic setting on the terrace for dinner. Excellent service and extremely helpful staff.

We did not like leaving the Hotel or Innsbruck. A wonderful city and wonderful people.

The staff is very helpfull and polite. The room was very clear and romantic. The location is very closed to center.

Air conditioner is not effective

Spacious room. Very good air-conditioning. The natural-light bathroom was a bonus. Didn't try the breakfast as this was only a one night stop - 10 min walk to the train station.

Very close to the centrum, the hotel has comfortable rooms with excellent and new bathroom. Recommended for young couples.

You have to cross not a very nice area when walking from Central Train Station to the Hotel. I booked a double room but got a twin one with 2 beds, and the beds are really very narrow.

Historic hotel with beautiful and interesting furnishings. Modern room with beautiful view of mountains. Rooftop patio was very nice. Breakfast (not included) was very good. Great coffee. Good location near university and old town.

The girl at the front desk was the nicest person I have met on my vacation. Room was clean and big for Europe as a single room. Perfect location to city center. I wish I could have stayed longer. I will definitely return.

We have stayed there on numerous occasions and just love the place, the staff and it's brilliant location in the old town area of Innsbruck. We arrived late (2230hrs) and had indicated that on our booking form. We expected there would be minimal staff working at that time of the night however were met by the owner who appeared to be waiting there until the last guests had checked in. This was a real welcome back to a hotel we so dearly love. Excellent stay.

Service du dîner trop long (entre les plats) mais serveuse souriante. Décoration de la salle à manger ne correspond pas à un hôtel 4 étoiles. Le buffet du petit déjeuner n'est pas présenté dans la salle où on le prend. Wc non séparés de la salle de bain. Absence de parking spécifique à l'hôtel. 12 euros par jour dans le parking public est trop cher.

Das beste Hotel in Innsbruck. Super Lage und sehr schöne traditionelle Zimmer. Der Service und die Mitarbeiter sind immer ausgezeichnet.
