Score from 1089 reviews Very good
Felt very welcome with 4 young children, great breakfast, great location: you walk right into the center, when you open windows of rooms in the front it is a bit noisy. Certainly a hotel to back to
Roomtemperature a bit too warm, matrass maybe needs replacement, a bit a holow, slept good though. I think every hotel room should have a watercooker and some teabags/coffee, this one did not
Beautiful Hotel. Spotlessly clean. Wonderful staff who presented me with birthday cake. The bathroom is to die for and the decor is gorgeous
Great breakfasts were included in the room rate. Beds were comfy and the restaurant was great. They would accommodate us even without dinner reservations.
Room was too warm! We turned off all the available thermostats. It was January and we had to keep the window open.
Staff is very friendly. Location is good. The breakfast was delicious.
The room was not as nice and as big as shown in the photos.
The breakfast was relly nice
The behaviour of the staff in the reception desk was unnacceptable! when I arrived, the receptionist (without informing me) took my credit card, he went to another room and made a photocopy of the card! When I complained, he claimed that this is the hotel policy and they do that to all the visitors! I should notice that I had put all my personal details and the details of my credit card when I made the reservation through Booking.
The hotel is modernized while maintaining it's historical charm. It has a small sauna too and is definitely romantic!
Unfortunately the jacuzzi was broken.
Pretty hotel with staff in traditional costumes, very good restaurant
room was a little cold !!
Staff friendliness, location, rooms, breakfast... Internal (mini) SPA... Everything perfect and exactly as it should be. Very good!!!!
nice hotel, good breakfast
Misunderstandings for the car park. Took long time, phone calls and emails to sort it out!
Hotel was warm, bed comfortable, view from the balcony towards the mountains wonderful
Breakfast was poorer than I was expecting, not much food out even though the hotel was not busy. According to our friends there was no wifi reception in the bedroom, they had to go to the reception area
The staff was exceptional and extremely helpful! Breakfast offered a great variety, and was very good. The rooms and bathrooms were beautiful and comfortable. You couldn't beat the location. We had our dog with us, and the hotel was very accommodating. We highly recommend this hotel! If we are ever back in Innsbruck we will be sure to stay here.
The rooms were a little too warm, so we had to crack the hotel window.
Location, excellent breakfast
Odd decor, spendy parking
Breakfast, noisy, not dark in the room at the night.didnt clean kamin after we used it
A place where you don't expect much.. The staff are nice. The breakfast is good.location 6 minutes walking to the main street.
The furniture is old
the rooms are excellent, the food is great - perfect stay
Innsbruck is a loud town unfortunately
Room did not look like it had been vacuumed. Mini bar contained two wine selections, one of which had been opened and left full and one which had been opened and half consumed before being returned to the mini bar.
Style, room - a suite with corner window and seat. The local 'wild ' menu at the restaurant.
Location great, close to train and next door to Old Town. Spacious, lovely room. Breakfast was a a banquet of wonderful, food. Staff very pleasant & helpful.
Too much street noise to open the windows at night so had to run air conditioning.
Good location Near parking garage Good breakfast Good wifi Great bathroom Neat city center
No free parking Hotel lobby on second floor with a very small elevator. Pub in the bottom floor, and Smoking is allowed inside the pub!! Have not seen that in Europe for at least 8 year!! Due to this a visit in the local pub was not an option! Lack of english speaking tv channels. We paid for the parking in the parking garage, but when checking out we were told the hotel had a reserved parmking place for us...nobody told us at check-in.
Short walk to city centre. Parking across street. Helpful friendly staff. Restaurant serves delicious evening meals. Breakfast included which included wide range of cereals, pastries, breads, cold meats, cheese, juices, teas.
No tea or coffee making facilities. This may be typical of Austrian hotels as no others have either!
Location, most of the places in a walk distance. "Romantic" in the name of the hotel is in line with compact and lovely style. Cosy two-storey suite with a spa bath tub (level of a deluxe room). View on mountains. Friendly and helpful staff, at check-in and by further questions there were always two staff members, willingly attentive. A good breakfast, boys at the service (they were also throughout the day at dinner time, by the terrace) are also attentive and acted promptly. Umbrella among other accessories in the room.
Would be nice to have a welcoming bottle of water in a room at this price level. A bit noisy because of some bar on the street in the evening, although it wasn't critical for us.
Excellent location, we got a free upgrade to a Versace room. Not our style but that's a matter of taste. Breakfast ok.
Streetnoise. Windows have to stay closed.
Location is good, parking was very close by and reasonable priced, good wifi, nice rooms, helpful staff. - Breakfast was amazing, great selection of food and very nice coffee with great service.
