Construit în 1511, acest hotel unic de 4 stele superior este situat în inima staţiunii Innsbruck, la numai 100 de metri de centrul vechi. Oferă o zonă de spa şi acces gratuit la internet. Camerele spaţioase ale hotelului Schwarzer Adler sunt mobilate individual şi sunt dotate cu aer condiţionat. Sunt prevăzute cu minibar, TV prin cablu şi o baie elegantă cu uscător de păr. De asemenea, Romantikhotel Schwarzer Adler are o grădină pe acoperiş, un bar şi un restaurant care serveşte preparate din bucătăria austriacă tradiţională. Very friendly and helpful staff at reception when we checked in - nothing too much trouble. The romantik room was very comfortable and welllaid out. Th eonly negative was not having wifi availale in the room - had to use plug in which was really slow. Great restaurant - excellent local food and wines. Overall a very good experience. No wifi in room

Staff is great! Few times I met people so kind and helpful. Breakfast is not cheap but you can find whatever you want and everything was tasty. My room smelled of smoke, I read it happened to other guest, I hoped they were just unlucky, instead it seems it a regular behavior of the janitor (I guess). Whirpool didn't work, I read it too, but I thought they should have fixed it in so much time.

The reception team was super helpful. The location is excellent, close to train station, 7 min. walk, and 5 min. walk to old town. No wifi in room, but wired and is fast. Can get noisy in the morning.

Hotel staff were fantastic. Breakfast buffet consisted of a good choice of croissants, pastries, cereal, fresh fruit and meats. Room very comfortable and turned down every day.

Very nice hotel within easy walking distance of the attractions of Innsbruck and an easy walk from the train station as well. Bonus, air conditioning.

Very pleasant period style room with a fanastic view to the mountains, friendly and supportive staff who eager to assist, great location with reasonably priced convenient parking. Lovely roof top restaurant and cosey night-cap bar Smoking in enclosed public areas sometimes a bit intrusive

Very warm feeling, helpful personnel and nice room. Good location close to the swarming shopping streets but away enough to enjoy a sleep. :-) breakfast could offer a better choice of bakery...

Gute lage, sehr schönes, liebevoll gestaltetes badezimmer 1) Freundliche aber nicht sehr gut geschulte mitarbeiter - aufgrund einer falschen mitteilung über die kurzparkzeiten in der stadt innsbruck ( mädchen an der rezeption wusste die zeiten nicht und informierte uns aber dann falsch ) nahmen wir für die nacht den teuren garagenplatz ( € 12.-) kurzparkzone war zu diesem zeitpunkt(SO) frei und wir hätten den wagen bis zum nächsten tag 10 Uhr um 1€ (!) vor dem hotel stehen lassen können!. Leider ein schlechtes service für ein hotel dieser preisklasse! 2) leider führt das hotel leistungen auf der booking.com seite an die es dann nicht hat: internetzugang wird garantiert - kabel funktioniert jedoch nicht! Sehr unangenhm wenn man am abend das hotel für die nächste nacht buchen und seine mails kontrollieren will! 3) wir bekamen zwar ein sogenanntes "romantikzimmer" - mit schöner aussicht. Diese war in einen nicht aufgeräumten hinterhof und auf flugzeuge in unmittelbarer nähe im landeanflug....4) pay-tv wird garantiert und ist ebenfalls nicht vorhanden....
