Romantik Hotel Schwarzer Adler  

We have stayed there on numerous occasions and just love the place, the staff and it's brilliant location in the old town area of Innsbruck. We arrived late (2230hrs) and had indicated that on our booking form. We expected there would be minimal staff working at that time of the night however were met by the owner who appeared to be waiting there until the last guests had checked in. This was a real welcome back to a hotel we so dearly love. Excellent stay.

The reception team was super helpful. The location is excellent, close to train station, 7 min. walk, and 5 min. walk to old town.

No wifi in room, but wired and is fast. Can get noisy in the morning.

Staff is great! Few times I met people so kind and helpful. Breakfast is not cheap but you can find whatever you want and everything was tasty.

My room smelled of smoke, I read it happened to other guest, I hoped they were just unlucky, instead it seems it a regular behavior of the janitor (I guess). Whirpool didn't work, I read it too, but I thought they should have fixed it in so much time.

Very nice hotel within easy walking distance of the attractions of Innsbruck and an easy walk from the train station as well. Bonus, air conditioning.

Very pleasant period style room with a fanastic view to the mountains, friendly and supportive staff who eager to assist, great location with reasonably priced convenient parking. Lovely roof top restaurant and cosey night-cap bar

Smoking in enclosed public areas sometimes a bit intrusive

Personal Top. Lage naehe Bahnhof und Stadtmitte sehr gut (beides zu Fuss inerhalb von 5-7 Min. Zu erreichen). Fruehstueck war hervorragend (Lachs, Schinken, Kaese, ver. Brot, grosse Tee asuwahl). Gerne Wieder.

Nur die einrichtung wirkt etwas alt, dafuer sehr sauber. Der Fernseher war aber lcd :). Das Die Minibar kostenpflichtig ist ist logisch, aber die Flasche Wasser im Zimmer koennte schon kostenlos sein ;)

Ottima posizione, ristorante fantastico!! L'area benessere è piccolina, ma se avete la fortuna come noi di essere soli diventa molto intima e romantica. La posizione è ottima, a 5 minuti a piedi da tutto, tanti parcheggi (a pagamento) nelle vicinanze. Lo consiglierei in assoluto. Ristorante che coniuga ricerca e sperimentazione a ottimi ingredienti locali.

Trevlig bar, bekväma och rymliga rum, fantastisk restuarant med mycket god mat, bra parkeringsmöjligheter I garage tvärs över gatan, nära till gfamla stan.
