Went to a music concert and a private tour of Vienna. Had a meal at the Imperial Hotel. Watched the horses being trained and visited Royal apartments. There was no swimming pool.The staff in the cafe satcher were rather aggressive about you having to put you coats into the store whist you ate there and then paying 3 euros for their return: I found that most unacceptable. |

The hotel staff were efficient and friendly and the room was clean and weel-appointed. I was disappointed that the internet facility was only available for 1 hour or 3 hour blocks. i would have preferred a 24 hour option or (considering the price of the room) free unlimited internet. |

nice design only. Not so good working in Reseption . We bekommen very bed room. Made reservation: nice ,beuteful romantik room with eyelow color,aber bekomen so katastrofa green color, with not so romantick blick in wonows. People not ask uns about restorants in this hotel,not so frendlie people working in this hotel and we can not pay Sacher-Torte! |

THE SIZE OF THE PROMISED ROOM SHOULD BE ABOUT 30M2,HOWEVER THE SIZE OF THE GIVEN ROOM WAS ABOUT 22 M2,BECAUSE YOU GAVE ME AN ORDINARY TYPE OF DOUBLE ROOM INSTEAD OF THE CONFIRMED SUPERIOR ROOM WITH SPECIAL CONDITIONS,IT WAS A KIND OF CHEATING. the room which had been reserved ,it was superior with special conditions ,however the room which was given to me was not a superior room but it was a normal double room which costs euro 275,however you pretended that you made a discount from the price of euro 355,to euro 275,so by this technique you affected me to accept your discounted offer (ref your e-mail of 13/3/2009) and compare the... |

Décor luxieux, très bonne isolation des chambres malgré plein centre ville. Personnel attentionné. Espace commun luxueux et confortable mais petit. Pas de PC avec internet gratuit dans la partie commune. |
