I only stayed at the hotel because of urgent business and otherwise lack of choices...so getting a room for addressing my company's business was the main intent. considering the high price of your rooms, you should offer 24/7 free internet

The hotel was central and we were able to see much of Vienna during a very short stay. Good welcome by the Concierge. Receptionist gave us a comprehensive guide of the hotel and our room facilities. Everything matched up to our expectations of a luxurious hotel. We would definitely return.

A very nice historic hotel with excellant staff in a great location rooms were excellant We all thought the breakfast was only average - in this class of hotel we would expect orange / grapefruit juice to be served to us at the table like the tea and coffee not from a cheap looking juice dispenser The buffet breakfast was only average - the station for hot food was also only average - in this class of hotel we would like to see a breakfast menu and order from the table and have hot breakfast served to the table The main room for breakfast was too well lit with bright lights - needed sun glasses on !! - The atmosphere was below average in there The other room in green colours was nice with better ambience

Location of hotel was very good , and helped me in being close to opera ,city shopping . same time I stayed in a nicely renovated arche/ological place /hotel . Even though hotel is extremely expensive-i payed 380 euro for a single occupancy , I had to be charged extra 19 euro for wifi internet access in room ,while close buy hotels in city ,also much cheaper they do not charge ,-they have free .... morover reception wahnted me to pay it ,even though it was already charged in my original booking , they confirmed it after I showed them my printed doc from internet booking .

This hotel is unique, it has managed to acehive a superbly executed balance of luxury and comfort without being stuffy. Guests just popping in for a drink, or, those visiting the hotel for a pre or post Opera drink or meal are all equally welcomed and treated the same. This hotel is not up itself, its all about the clients and guests. In comparision with luxury hotels in London the Sacher has it down to a fine art. They have managed to acheive the ultimate experience without being snobby. I love this hotel, its lady owner is brilliant, long may it last and thank goodness it is not part of a gastly chain. The brilliant Sacher.

On arrrival we were upgraded to a suite on the seventh floor. It was beautifully designed, furnished and equipped. The food in the hotel was excellent, and all the staff were extremely polite, friendly, attentive and efficient. Whilst the suite had been modernised, the public rooms retain the luxurious decor of the pre First War epoch. Everything about the hotel lived up to our expectations and its reputation. A truly memorable visit.

It is a great hotel with excellent service and comfort. It's also the home-place of the famous Sacher cake which is a must try. The location of the hotel is also great; it's basically located on the edge of the city's pedestrian zone and very near a lot of tourist attractions.

отель не тянет на 5 звезд, это хороший четырехзвездочный отель и поэтому цена должна быть дешевле. я взял Top Deluxe по 580 eu в сутки и получил комнату с видом на вентиляционные трубы и с ужасным шумом, поэтому окна пришлось закрыть, а кондиционер был расположен напротив кровати, который дул прямо нас. я попросил дать другой номер нам отказали, затем на просьбу вернуть я получил также отказ. поэтому вынужден за эти деньги "наслаждаться" этим отелем. извинения я получал от персонала только на словах. никакого другого нормального предложения я не получил. все платно - завтрак, интернет, нет бесплатной бутылочки воды не говоря уже о шампанском, что странно для того уровня цен. положительные отзывы, которые меня подтолкнули поехать в этот отель, похоже пишут те люди которые не были в других прекрасных отелях вены. напрмер do & co, Grand Wien Hotel, Coburg Palas, и т.д. не вижу смысла посещать этот отель еще раз.

Hôtel de prestige chargé d'histoire et fréquenté par une clientèle illustre dont il conserve les marques sur les nombreuses photos qui ornent le rez-de-chaussée. Idéalement situé en plein centre de Vienne, face à l'Opéra et à quelques pas d'un noeud de transports en commun (métro et tramways). Point de départ vers les grands musées viennois et le château de Schonbrunn situé à six stations de métro. Les prix des chambres restent élevés mais justifiés par l'environnement et l'intérieur de cet établissement. Personnels courtois, sans plus.

Отличный уютный отель с профессиональным персоналом. В последние два дня в наш номер проникал табачный дым из смежного номера. Консьерж сделал вид, что он ничего не чувствует. В связи с этим пожелание добиваться соблюдения правил. Тем более мы отдельно упоминули о no snoking!
