Our luxury Vienna Hotel is part of the city like the Opera House, the Prater ferry wheel, the Fiaker horse carriages and the Lipizzaner horses. The Sacher, as the Viennese call it, is a 5 star Vienna hotel that combines contemporary Viennese comfort and luxury with the charm and feel of the old Habsburg monarchy.
The Hotel Sacher Wien was opened in 1876 by Eduard Sacher, son of the creator of the Original Sacher-Torte, and soon achieved worldwide renown as a meeting place for the nobility as well as for prominent politicians and artists.

Having read the previous negative reviews I was a bit concerned about staying at the Sacher, but my concerns were completely unneccessary. Upon our arrival we were upgraded to deluxe rooms and from then we received wonderful and friendly service from all the staff, nothing was to much trouble. A special thanks goe's to Salko in the Red Bar for his wine advice and attentiveness.

The hotel was really nice and well located. The concierges very helpfull.The food and the wine excellent at the hotel restaurant. The Mojitoes at the bar of the hotel the best..................we would definately go back there.

The personnel were all excellent, the Hotel was a delight, the Suite
spacious and well decorated and lovely new Bathroom. There were fresh
red roses in the suite, and fruit and choc's arrived, another nice
touch. We dined in the Red Bar where the food was delicious and the
pianist nice too. We loved the central position of the Hotel, and the

This is a unique hotel, different to any other.

In the same price range, they have many different room sizes. If you get the smaller ones, you won´t get what you pay for.

Fantastic location to all amenities. Beautifully furnished, relaxing and staff so pleasant & helpfull. Food amazing!
