The atmosphere, the position: you can visit inner Stadt on foot. Right in front of the Opera. Very helpful concierge and staff in general. Sacher tort exquisite!

We were treated so well, we got an amazing upgrade for my elderly mother and myself. The staff particularly those on the front desk were wonderful.

Lobby lounge area was very warm, one of the concierges gave you the feeling you were an annoyance

I was charged an extra day despite mistake with online booking site that booked me in twice. I was told to call booking site and they charged me. 515 euros, I am not happy

found the hotel in a fab location. We walked everywhere. Museums opera houses and palaces are all within walking distance and the best shops right next door.

Everything about Hotel Sacher's excellent. The service is exceptional. My flight was cancelled due to the snow. The hotel booked a ticket for me at last minute, or I wouldn't have been able to get home in time. I enjoy the stay very much and will definitely go back when I visit next time.

I like the decoration of the hotel. Location is great. Sacher Choclate.

Reception decoration seems dated. I was hoping they have a reception similar to Concierge.

It's a nicely renovated and equipped hotel in an old building.

The entrance area (including concierge, check-in and check-out area...) can be improved to give a more spacious impression.

I have seldom stayed in a Hotel which offered such perfect and friendly sevice in such a beatutifully luxurious setting and I would seriously advise anyone to pamper themselves by stayin at the Sacher.

The hotel was great. Excellent location close to the center with all facilities around it. Our room was upgraded and we got a wellcome letter from the manager which was nice. The staff and concierge are very cooperative and smiling all the time. The room was very comfortable and clean and the room service is available all the time. The breakfast was excellent which contains fresh cold and hot dishes. Sacher cafe beside the hotel is an exclusive coffee-house culture with the unique Sacher-tourte. I highly recommend this hotel for people who look for comfort and luxury.

Location location location. Hotel Sacher Wien strategic location is unbeatable. Right in front of opera house. In the center of everything.

Without having asked for it, we were upgraded to a Junior Suite even though we were on a discounted rate. We were naturally delighted with this. With outside temperatures reaching record level (38C) it was a delight to get back to the cool room and the shower which we were using about 3 times daily. We were well looked after and could not find anything to complain about. My wife had a birthday while there (which was why we went) and the hotel surprised/delighted us with a lovely gift.

Absolutely great service, perfect food, well-equipped fitness room, friendly staff.

The room was small.

This is truly a 5 star hotel. The room was immaculate at all times. The staff was very helpful and very courteous. My plan is to visit Vienna again, and definitely stay at the Hotel Sacher.
