L'organizzazione mostra una notevole efficienza. Il ristorante apparentemente costoso offre un servizio ed un cibo di grande qualità in una cornice spettacolare e con prezzi in linea con ristoranti di Vienna di gran lunga Piu' modesti.abbiamo potuto fare I biglietti del treno in hotel Abbiamo persino potuto comperare dalla fabbrica I cuscini comodissimi in dotazione ai letti dello stesso hotel. Il livello è molto lussuoso e tuttavia non è troppo formale

Un hotel di quel livello dovrebbe garantire la presenza in reception e in concierge di un interprete.

The room was lovely and the bathroom had excellent facilities The staff were delightful, as was the whole place, and my stay was fantastic.

We all thought the breakfast was only average - in this class of hotel we would expect orange / grapefruit juice to be served to us at the table like the tea and coffee not from a cheap looking juice dispenser The buffet breakfast was only average - the station for hot food was also only average - in this class of hotel we would like to see a breakfast menu and order from the table and have hot breakfast served to the table The main room for breakfast was too well lit with bright lights - needed sun glasses on !! - The atmosphere was below average in there The other room in green colours was nice with better ambience

This hotel is unique, it has managed to acehive a superbly executed balance of luxury and comfort without being stuffy. Guests just popping in for a drink, or, those visiting the hotel for a pre or post Opera drink or meal are all equally welcomed and treated the same. This hotel is not up itself, its all about the clients and guests. In comparision with luxury hotels in London the Sacher has it down to a fine art. They have managed to acheive the ultimate experience without being snobby. I love this hotel, its lady owner is brilliant, long may it last and thank goodness it is not part of a gastly chain. The brilliant Sacher.

On arrrival we were upgraded to a suite on the seventh floor. It was beautifully designed, furnished and equipped. The food in the hotel was excellent, and all the staff were extremely polite, friendly, attentive and efficient. Whilst the suite had been modernised, the public rooms retain the luxurious decor of the pre First War epoch. Everything about the hotel lived up to our expectations and its reputation. A truly memorable visit.
