H ξυπηρέτηση, το προσωπικό( ήταν εξυπηρετικό, φιλικό με άριστη συμπεριφορά), το πρόγευμα, η καθαριότητα, η άνεση χώρου στο δωμάτιο.

Τις εγκαταστασεις στα δωμάτια(Το πάτωμα έκανε θόρυβο, καθώς ακουγόταν το νερό του ντους από άλλα δωμάτια)

Good restaurant. Very kind and helpful staff (both reception, restaurant and cleaning). Staff speaks English. Free wireless internet with an allright download/upload rate: I had no problems with ordinary use of the internet including webcam video transmission.

When using the wireless internet a lot for e.g. working in the hotel room, it is a little annoying that you have to sign in to the internet with a new username and password for every three hours. But the staff at the reception is very generous with the passwords, so you can get e.g. five new passwords at one visit at the reception in order not to have to go there every third hour.

Good location and easy to find the hotel. The only problem we had was the door built with the bath room was too old to be closed.

For the money it was poor all round. I know it was Christmas but 140 Euros for an old room with poor furniture, smelly bathroom, poor breakfast and not particularly friendly staff was pricey. I travel quite a lot and may have been spoilt in the past but this was probably the worst I have stayed in. Crown plaza in Salzburg was not great for the money but streets ahead of the Sailer.

It was not 4 star standard-especially a supposedly superior room. Decor was very dated , the bathroom very small and old fashioned- no soap bars, no body cream, towels were very thin and worn. In the room there was no mini bar or dressing table. There was a sauna but no facilities to change so made it difficult to use. The hotel staff were not particularly helpful or friendly.
