The staff attitude was excellent The saddest thing was that smoking was allowed in the bar and in parts of the dining room;every day on the way in to breakfast you had to walk through a smoky area

The location perfect. Meals lovely. Rooms clean. No outside noise. The open plan glass toilet and shower facilities were awful. No privacy. It definately affected the enjoyment of my holiday. Thank goodness I was sharing with my children( which wad bad enough) and not my Mum or Mother in Law.

Fantastic hotel ! Very well priced. The room was a little small (as in most European hotels) but with the sleak German furniture, it is designed so well, you don't feel cramped. My wife loved staying here and would absolutely stay again if we visit Innsbruck again. Bravo Sailer!!!!! Mattresses a little uncomfortable.

Very clean hotel. Good location, big rooms, nice restaurant with good food. We stayed for 3 days and enjoyed it. Next time will definetly stay there again. Enough parking place in garage was very important for me.

The location of this hotel can't be faulted - virtually opposite the main train station. Very friendly staff, great room size, excellent breakfast. Overall, an extremely pleasant experience. As some of the other reviews have suggested, some of the room decor could do with a bit of an overhaul, being stuck firmly in early 80s. But nevertheless, our room was clean and big, and the bed v comfy, and given the price and location of this hotel, I think there's not much to complain about.

located near to train station, only 10 minutes walk to centre room was ok, except the shower and toilet which are glas and you can see everything, therefore not recommended for business trips where more than one stays in a room

Comfortable room with great breakfast included. Great location to set out and explore the city from. Quiet even though it was in the centre - well insulated windows! Interesting bathrooms - glass walls which look out over the bedroom - so you want to be sharing with someone who is prepared to see you naked! Even the toilet had a glass door! Not for the shy at heart!

The location was perfect for us, near to the railway station so we could travel. The staff were excellent, helpful in every way and their English was very good. The waiter who we saw most nights was great fun and friendly as indeed were the receptionists. An excellent hotel and cant wait to return.

Location offers excellent access to ski resorts and to old town. Hotel staff are not particuarly friendly and will not go out of their way to provide assistance.

I like the location and it was very clean. There were no toiletries like shampoo and body wash and the towels were really tiny almost like hand towels. The room also had no tea or coffee making facility. I would expect these things in a hotel that is rated 4 star. To me it was not 4 star.

We had a twin room with an unusual head to toe arrangement of the beds, this made the room quite spacious as it left a good sized floor space. Breakfast was included & it was well presented, with a good variety for a continental breakfast, the only hot food provided was scambled eggs & bacon. The front desk staff spoke excellent english & were very helpful with good information & a map provided by them. Room heating was efficient. Wifi worked quite well although you had to log in every time you used it & it was less efficient during peak times. The hotel was very convenient for both the railway & the city centre. Lack of english language tv options

Location. Close to Innsbruck Hbf The rooms was small. The price charged was very high. The breakfast spread was very bad and products nor replenished. Eat what is available.

Staff were very helpful, friendly and hotel itself was quite comfortable. Location is great for being close to train station and within wlaking distance of old town. Wifi worked no worries. Good breakfast. Only concern was overzealous room cleaners, who knocked once on door at same time as key went in and opened the door before i could even respond. the response would of been 'hey it's 7.45 am i am still in bed' but they were already in the door. I now understood why another room had written on scrap paper 'do not disturb' as this sign is not supplied.

Everything - a really great family run hotel. The staff were so willing yet unobtrusive. Excellent value for comfort and location. Could have had a few more English Speaking Channels in TVs.
