Open since June 2013, the aDLERS Hotel is the tallest hotel in Innsbruck and offers panoramic views of the city and the Tyrolean Alps from the rooms, the restaurant, the spa area and the rooftop...

The location and staff were the best thing about this hotel. The shower had wonderful water pressure.
There was no air conditioning nor fans available. It happened to be incredibly warm the two nights we stayed. Opening the windows would have been a great solution, but the bugs were terrible. If there's no A/C you should at least provide fans and screens for the windows. Dreadful nights' sleep.
Private parking lot Newly renovated room
As a sking resort, no aircon in room. Might feel hot during summer in the room.
No Air conditioning
Nothing to dislike
Location is central. Walking distances to most tourist places. Nice staff.
Not much options for breakfast.
The Food at the Restaurant was excellent. The Location was very good.
The room we had was a bit small.
Location. The room is clean and comfortable. Staff are very helpful. Love the breakfast. Really nth could be complained
Great location in this lovely town .Marilyn Australia.
Shower. Excellent breakfast, more than one choice of fruit juice. Comfortable bed.
Friendly staff. Good central location.
Interesting hotel in an old masion close the important places of the city
Glass shower was great, Breakfast great, Staff freindly.
TV didnt work, Italian water not Austrian.
Bathroom enclosure within Bedroom
Glass Bathroom + toilet
Only 5 min. Walk from Innsbruck central station. The room is clean.
Breakfast was good for an Austrian hotel. Parking possible in front of the house for a fraction of hotel parking price.
We booked standard room, which turned out to be dirty, not renovated, 90'ies Soviet style sports hotel room. Pictures don't show these rooms in that category, after a struggle with the receptionist he changed the room to renovated part of the hotel. Toilet and bathroom has badly insulated glass walls and doors, which makes impossible for normal double people stay. No tea/coffee facilities. Overpriced for off-season.
We loved our stay here. The hotel is very close to the train station so easy to navigate from there. We booked the business rooms, they were large very well appointed with a desk and separate lounge area. The staff were more than helpful in helping my fiancé out when he needed to send and print some business paperwork. All without extra charge. The food was fabulous, we had a tradition dinner and were struggling to get through it all. The breakfast was also very good. The hotel is in close proximity to the old town and walking distance to all major attractions. If you are skiing, there are buses that will pick up directly from the hotel, so very handy. All in all if we were to head back to Innsbruck we would definitely stay at Hotel Sailor again.
The decor, though not to my personal taste was interesting all the same. Think lots of mounted animal heads.
We were put in a totally outdated room, that was in total mismatch with the pictures advertised on the web. The difference to the business room is about 30 years in interior design but only a few Euros less. Absolutely disappointed! Breakfast only mediocre and the garage a dump.
Very close to railway station but quiet location. Good size bedroom & bathroom. Good breakfast with plenty of choice
Location was great Breakfast variety was great Staff was friendly and accommodating. Thank you
The room was really small The glass bathroom was different!
great location very helpful wonderful staff and breakfast lovely.
strange shower was seen from bed a glass room.. in the tv area...not very private when washing oneself..and a space saving device perhaps..??.would have preferred a proper queen or king bed with sheets and doona that covered the whole bed not individual twin beds pushed together..the room was hot so had window open a lot...sauna room nice but turkish sauna not available....a bit sterile the area for relaxation...music nice touch though...
Good restaurant with typical Austrian dishes. Attentive staff.
Not being able to have a meal in the evening as the restraunt was fully booked
The hotel was in the very good location. we used as a transit between our skiing destination and the airport. It's only few minutes walk from the main train station and to get to the airport takes about 20 mins by bus that is frequent, cost 2 Euros and leaves outside of the train station. Main old town centre with all the shops and sightseeing places was not far either (about 10 mins walk). The hotel has a nice sauna and steam area on the 6th floor and it was not busy!
We wanted to have a dinner in the restaurant. The service was very poor. We were given a very bad table by the kitchen and after requesting to move couple of times were totally ignored. The drinks didn't appear either for nearly half an hour. In the end we left being very dissapointed and found a local restaurant in the town centre in stead.
We fell in love with this hotel from the very beginning: having arrived early in the morning, they put us in a room as quick as possible and didn't make us wait for check-in time. Breakfast was something to remember, so great! Also worth mentioning the lift overlooking the Alps. Great service, they kept our luggage till we left.
The bathroom in the room is all glass, which could bring problems to certain people. We tried to have lunch in the restaurant (since the breakfast was so good!) but the waiter told us that it was full and didn't even tell us to wait to be seated, despite we were guests. I wouldn't put that on the hotel, but on the waiter.
