Hotel Sailer

近隣の観光地（数カ所）までのアクセスを快く説明してくれた。スノッブやよそよそしくなく、自然な対応と翌- 日の「どうでしたか？」の挨拶がとても気持ちが良かった。国鉄駅からも近くて移動も便利で、旧市街へも散歩- がてら歩いてすぐなので、インスブルック滞在にはもってこいだと思います。朝食はコンチネンタルと書いてあ- ったが、いろいろなものが盛りだくさんで大変満足しています。

アルプスの山々に囲まれ，駅にも程近く，また主要な観光スポットにも非常に便利な立地でした．

駅から歩いていける距離にあり便利でした。エレベーターは壁がガラスの展望ができるもの。部屋は通り側の２- 階でしたが静かでした。

Good restaurant. Very kind and helpful staff (both reception, restaurant and cleaning). Staff speaks English. Free wireless internet with an allright download/upload rate: I had no problems with ordinary use of the internet including webcam video transmission.

When using the wireless internet a lot for e.g. working in the hotel room, it is a little annoying that you have to sign in to the internet with a new username and password for every three hours. But the staff at the reception is very generous with the passwords, so you can get e.g. five new passwords at one visit at the reception in order not to have to go there every third hour.

Good location and easy to find the hotel. The only problem we had was the door built with the bath room was too old to be closed.

For the money it was poor all round. I know it was Christmas but 140 Euros for an old room with poor furniture, smelly bathroom, poor breakfast and not particularly friendly staff was pricey. I travel quite a lot and may have been spoilt in the past but this was probably the worst I have stayed in. Crown plaza in Salzburg was not great for the money but streets ahead of the Sailer.
