Fantastic value room excellent great location

Very friendly staff. Large, comfortable, newly and beautifully renovated room. Traditional food in cozy restaurant. Excellent buffet breakfast with fresh fruit salad etc.

No complaints.

The first thing I noticed is the great smell the room had, really refreshing. Big room with a comfortable bed. I loved the breakfast being served until 10:30 am. 3 minutes walking to the central station. WiFi working nicely. Overall a very good experience.

Pillows were a bit soft.

Location near station. Good size room.

Filtered search for airport shuttle. But they do not have a shuttle. Public bus stop less than 100m but buses not suited to skis and luggage.

Nice hotel, great position.

The hotel took directly from my credit card an advance (half of the price) 2 days before my stay. In the end I had to pay the entire amount of the bill because the advance must be reimbursed. In this way I paid half of the price more and after 4 days I'm still waiting for the payment back.

well located and friendly staff.

We loved the location. It is super close to the train station. The room was a good size for our family of 4. The hotel was clean, warm, modern and friendly. Free wifi and the breakfast buffet made it that much better. Thanks!

The location. The very clean room. The extremely helpful staff, both at the reception, but also the breakfast waitresses. The all glass shower cubicle. The breakfast food was sensational, both in quality, quantity and variety.

The need to get a new Internet password every 24 hours and having to have a different password for individual electronic devices.

Great location, Just a short walk from the city centre. Staff are extremely helpful and have a great grasp on many languages. Its nestled in an old building but the decor on the inside is very modern in the rooms. Very very clean.

No real view of anything outside except other buildings which was a pity, the restaurant was rather expensive although the food was fantastic we just felt there could have been a little more on the plates (for everything starter/ main/ desert) for the price. No free parking, Parking was charged at €13 per night it`s cheaper to park on the street.

Good location close to old town, city centre and rail station. The room was a little small but quiet and comfortable with well insulated windows. The staff at reception were friendly and welcoming.

The glass walled bathroom is bizarre. It is small (no toiletries provided) and looks out over the bedroom. The lack of privacy was not an issue but everytime you went to the bathroom at night all six lights went on and lit up the entire room! Breakfast was very disappointing - the worst we've ever had. We were there before 9am but everything was cold - congealed scrambled eggs & fatty bacon. There was no hot water (luke warm) for tea or tea bags. I had to go looking for staff (finally found one in the kitchen) and was given two tea bags. If you are happy with a cold breakfast (cereals, rolls, meats & cheese) and no assistance at breakfast it isn't too bad for the price.

the resturant was lovely, we had dinner there twice! the staff were extremly friendly they had beautiful traditional dishes. great pricing and nice atmosphere

The food was good and the service was great.

The room was small even for europe standards and it did not look like any of the pics online.

Toplage: Nur wenige Gehminuten vom Hauptbahnhof und von der Altstadt entfernt! Ich hatte ein komplett ruhiges Zimmer, das sehr zewckmäßig, aber chic ausgestattet war. Ausreichendes Frühstücksbuffet, Möglichkeit in Ruhe zu genießen, unkomplizierter Check-In/Out, große Freundlichkeit an der Rezeption

das gebäude, die eingangshalle, das restaurant, das zimmer, einfach alles! sehr sauber und ordendlich eingerichtet, super betten. ein ort zum wohlfühlen!!

bei personal habe ich nur die bewertung gegeben, da der empfang an beiden tagen etwas unaufmerksam war. die rezeptionistin ist nicht immer am pult sondern in einem büro und es kann ein bisschen dauern, bis sie dann da raus kommt um mit den hotelgästen zu kommunizieren

Posizione centralissima, a due passi dal tettuccio d'oro. Hotel molto carino, con arredamenti tipici tirolesi, stanze grandi e luminose. Alcuni membri dello staf parlano italiano. Colazione abbondante e con prodotti freschi.

очень хороший, уютный отель. дружелюбный персонал, всегда готов ответить на любые вопросы. прекрасное месторасположение - ж/д вокзал на соседней улице в 2 минутах ходьбы. самый центр города - все рядом, в пешей доступности. в номере чисто, комфортно. все прекрасно, получили истинное удовольствие.

несколько скудный завтрак - одно и то же каждый день - омлет, нарезка сыр/колбаса, сухие завтраки, чай/кофе, фрукты. но в целом этого достаточно.

Wir fanden bei der Ankunft den vollen Mülleimer und Reste der vorigen Gäste im Badezimmer. Wir reklamierten und es wurde uns versichert, dass man sich darum kümmern würde. Es ist jedoch nichts geschehen und wir waren nicht einmal sicher, dass die Bettwäsche frisch war.
