Расположение относительно вокзала жд, учитывая что мы были с лыжами... Конечно.... 1. необходимо установить раздвижные двери на входе, там наверное последние двери, которые сам открываешь, а ты тащишь лыжи и нет вальтов на входе все сам. 2. Номер дают только в 2 часа????? До этой поры ты все хранишь в камере хранения а она величино метр на метр и никто твой багаж не доставил в номер когда это уже стало возможно, сам администратор наш багаж помлогал нам нести.3. |

расположение - близко к жд вокзалу. не смотря на близость к станции - очень тихий и спокойный район. 1. Улучшить состояние номеров (двери в ванную комнату держались на честном слове) 2. сделать отель более домашним 3. шумоизоляция. (наш номер находился около тех.комнаты, в которую начиная с 7 утра активно ходил персонал набирать воду и т.п). 4. ресепшн - некоторые представители не совсем клиентоориентированы. |

Good restaurant. Very kind and helpful staff (both reception, restaurant and cleaning). Staff speaks English. Free wireless internet with an allright download/upload rate: I had no problems with ordinary use of the internet including webcam video transmission. When using the wireless internet a lot for e.g. working in the hotel room, it is a little annoying that you have to sign in to the internet with a new username and password for every three hours. But the staff at the reception is very generous with the passwords, so you can get e.g. five new passwords at one visit at the reception in order not to have to go there every third hour. |

Breakfast even not having a big variety of goods, has a very good quality. The beds were really confortable. The reception staff was not very client service oriented and sometimes hostile. |

Very good restaurant - tasty food, good service, nice environment. Room was very clean. Staff very helpful. Although extremely clean, room is not really what i expected for a 4 stars hotel - furniture is very old, bed and cover very small, bath very small and very old looking. Very small TV with actually no English speaking channels, no fridge. |

We asked for a room with a bath and were given a free upgrade. We booked 3 rooms there was a vast difference in the quality of the rooms. The two triple rooms were just about three star value. The bathroom in these rooms was tiny and very old fashioned. |

Centrally located. Comfortable beds. Good food No hot water. (water was only luke warm). Fridge wasn't working, and even after it was 'fixed' it still wasn't cold. Only 1 English TV channel, with non-interesting programs on. No movies etc |

rooms offered for us were rather for a student hostel than a hotel charging 150€ per night. The toi-toi style bathrooms are really disgusting. |

Location For the money it was poor all round. I know it was Christmas but 140 Euros for an old room with poor furniture, smelly bathroom, poor breakfast and not particularly friendly staff was pricey. I travel quite a lot and may have been spoilt in the past but this was probably the worst I have stayed in. Crown plaza in Salzburg was not great for the money but streets ahead of the Sailer. |

It was central It was not 4 star standard-especially a supposedly superior room. Decor was very dated , the bathroom very small and old fashioned- no soap bars, no body cream, towels were very thin and worn. In the room there was no mini bar or dressing table. There was a sauna but no facilities to change so made it difficult to use. The hotel staff were not particularly helpful or friendly. |
