I´ve never seen a 4 star with a fan instead of air conditioning!! The hotel is not really close to downtown. |

Very nice hotels with clean rooms, coffee makers, friendly staffs.Easy access to bus and therefore to city attactions. Internet service not free and paid service not reliable. expensive breakfast. |

The hotel rate was amazingly cheap for what we got. While maybe an extra 2 blocks away from the heart of the city....it was half the price we expected. Clean, professional business hotel. Like a Hilton Hampton Inn or Hilton Garden Inn. Mattresses were starting to get 'sat out" but overall still very comfortable. |

can rent the bike.very clearn. have hot water making machine. i booked "the sound of music tour", and the hotel told us that they would inform us when the bus was coming, but the bus forgot to pick up. Later the bus picked up us one hour late,but we missed one hour of the tour. |

Location not within walking distance to city centre, so if it's raining not too easy (but this is minor point as salzburg is not a big city) |

Location easy to find, though quite far from the actual city centre compared to location expressed on the booking.com site. Quiet hotel. Furniture was a bit worn, together with overall room's cleanliness maybe not quite something you'd expect from a 4-star hotel. |
