Although we booked a room with one large bed where the baby can sleep
with us, such room was not available, because it was the mistake from
booking.com, as we were informed from the hotel stuff?!
The receptionists helped us and brought an extra mattress sonthat our baby can sleep on the floor, but in the end I slept with him in one bed and my husband in the other bed.
Although it was not perfect and I was not happy about it, the receptionists were so nice and willing to help that inthe end I was very positive about our stay and left the hotel with a smile, which counts.
the internet was not working as it should be with pauses every 5 minutes
the rooms were not 4 star, but 3 star. However, they were very clean.
The receptionists speak all the languages fluently, french, english and
are very very friendly, willing to help. I do not remember being in a
hotel where there are such nice and competent receptionists! Bravo!
