Good reception, newly modernized with great taste, very nice breakfast, centrally located. Some parking was available on site. Caters to business travellers and city visitors who will pay for quality. |

Das Hotel sowie das Zimmer sind sehr sauber und gepflegt. Schöne Einrichtung im Zimmer. Kein Parkplatz!!! Der Energydrink in der Minibar war fast 3 Monate abgelaufen. Als das an der Rezeption bekanntgegeben wurde fühlte man sich irgendwie alsob das nervt, daß man Bescheid gesagt hat. Es wurde nichtmal ne Entschuldigung ausgesprochen und als ich darum gebeten habe, ein neues zu erhalten wurde nur nach der Zimmernummer gefragt in einen unfreundlichem Ton. |

Das Hotel verfügt über eine sehr gute, zentrale Lage. Das Frühstücksbuffet war i.O. Das Hotel entspricht keinem 4-Sterne-Standard und verfügt nicht über das erstklassige Service, mit dem es in seiner Broschüre und im Internet wirbt. Die Zimmer sind eher klein, das Personal wirkt unbeholfen. Das Hotel verfügt über keine eigene Garage; es wurde uns angeboten, das Auto in einem Parkhaus in der Nähe des Hotels abzustellen. Die Aussage in der Hotelbroschüre, wonach das Etablissement über einen Wagenmeister verfüge, erwies sich als falsch (wir haben jedenfalls keinen gesehen). Es wird nicht einmal Hilfe beim Tragen des Gepäcks angeboten! Besonders peinlich für ein sog. "Business-Hotel" ist das Fehlen einer WLAN-Verbindung in den Zimmern: Wer Internet nutzen möchte, muss zunächst am Empfang einen Kabel verlangen. |

Lage sehr gut, allerdings etwas laut vom Zimmer abhängig Die Heizung funktionierte nicht. Erst nach zweimailgen Nachfragen wurde der Zimmerpreis etwas reduziert. |

Sehr unkompliziertes, serviceorientiertes Personal. Zimmer funktional, hübsch eingerichtet und gepflegt. Das Hotel ist auch mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln sehr gut erreichbar. |

Nagy méretű, kényelmes és tiszta szobák, központi elhelyekedés a belvárosban, udvarias személyzet. Kissé lassú a reggelinél és a vacsoránál a kiszolgálás, nincs saját parkolási lehetősége a szállodának. |

Trotz zentraler Lage - in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Zentrum/Fußgängerzone - angenehm ruhiges, schönes Zimmer. Empfang sehr freundlich. Der Frühstückskaffee (Cappuccino) war grauenhaft! Am Gang hat es sehr unangenehm gerochen (ev. neuer Teppich?), wovon am Zimmer aber nichts zu merken war. |

everything clean, new / все чистое, новое. Персонал не удивила просьба слегка выпивших русских приготовить в 4 утра что-нибудь поесть, сделали вкусные сэндвичи с салатом. Правда по этой причине не удалось проверить завтрак.... Еще один плюс - поздний чек-аут, до 12. в моем номере была не слишком большая душевая кабина, но это мелочь. |
