Ample sized room, excellent breakfast set-up and central location. There was a distinct smell of stale tobacco in the room, possibly in the carpet. Early morning traffic was noisy but not all the rooms are on the front.

Hotel is well located, very near to city center, parking is also near (paid 34.5 eur for 14 hours, be careful), breakfast is also tasty, however the hotel itsel (windows, doors) is somewhat from 90-s - everything in order, but looks oldfashoined

Location was excellent Restaurant did not serve meals apart from snacks in the evening. This was not mentioned at the time of booking. The Hotel seemed more geared for the business traveller. The hotel lacks atmosphere it's appearance is more like a motel

Nice service to park the car, as there are only few parking spaces in front of the hotel. To not have an air-condition in a four star hotel is very unique. With outside temperatures of 30 degrees that's not very helpful. And that the a cleaning car almost threw us out of our bed at 4am in the morning did not help matters either.

Great location to downtown. Very clean and large rooms for price. Having spent 4 weeks all over Europe, I would stay here again for sure. Good value for money. Male staff member could have been a little friendlier.

I liked that you felt that you got a lot for what you pay. The room was very nice, and the welcome message on your tv screen when you come in was a nice touch as well. I didn't like that internet was advertised in the room - yet it was only available through an ethernet cord. If you advertise yourself as a "business" hotel, it seems you should have wireless internet capabilities.

Das Personal an der Rezeption war sehr freundlich. Der Duft der Blumen im Foyer ist uns sofort positiv aufgefallen. Das Frühstück war hervorragend und auch hier war das Personal sehr freundlich. Um kurz vor 11 Uhr wurden wir daraufhingewiesen, dass wir uns gern noch bedienen können und es war kein Problem, dass wir noch länger als 11 Uhr auf der wunderschönen Dachterrasse gesessen sind.

Sehr schönes Hotel, sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter, zentrale Lage in der Altstadt, komfortables Zimmer mit schönem Bad, alles sehr sauber und schön eingerichtet. auf Nachfrage habe ich auch Wasserkocher, Bügelbrett und Bügeleisen erhalten. Auf besondere Essenwünsche(Allergien) wird auch eingegangen. Wäre gerne länger geblieben.

Zentrale Lage in Klagenfurt. Restaurant und Café mit ausgezeichnetem Angebot. Laute Klimaanlage im Hinterhof (Lärmemission bei offenen Fenstern) Quietschende/knarrende Böden in den Zimmern. Keine Klimaanlage - stickige Luft. Mittelmässiges Badezimmer/WC. Z.T. unprofessionelle Bedienung im Restaurant.

Flexibilitaet bei spaeterem Raeumungstermin 1. Der Name Sandwirt war fuer uns von der Strasse aus nicht sichtbar. 2. Die Zufahrt war sehr schwierig, insb. wegen einer (eingeschraenkten (was aber schwer lesbar ist)) Fahrverbotstafel am Uebergang Burggasse - Neuer Platz . Vielleicht waere dort ein Hinweisschild "Hotel Sandwirt" mit einem entsprechenden Pfeil sehr hilfreich. Ungerfaehr so: <- _ _/
