Die Garage ist teuer und ist ungefahr 500 m weg.

Fantastic hotel also skiing. We were here in feb 2013 with two kids 6 and 8 years old and it was a super experience and spa / pool area was perfect after a nice day on ski.

The food was really good, but there were no child-friendly dishes. You could easily put a small table with little kids (pasta and the like).

It is a truly pleasant place. Staff was excellent - helpful and attentive. Room was nice large and clean. All was good and I certainly commend it. Very pleasant experience!

The scenery is nice

There is no parking. Hotel is divided into two distant buildings and it is complicated to bring your luggage up. Going to get breakfast in the other building when it is -15c outside is not practical.

Clean Hotel with exceptional service. Hotel shuttle Service to the ski lifts proved to be convenient and efficient and made trek to the lifts real easy. The Food was good and plentiful. The view of the waterfall is of course astonishing.

Hilly terrain of the resort makes walking around a bit of a challenge with ski gear, however as mentioned before Hotel shuttle takes care of this.

We liked that the staff was understanding and we were able to move away after the first horrible night, paying only for the night we spent there not for the four nights we have booked.

- the room was on the waterfall side and we could not sleep because of the roaring noise, even with the windows shut; - lint dust flew out every time we moved the bed sheets, the carpeting, drapes and furniture are very old and this made my allergy spike and had to take medication in order to be able to breath through the nose; - the Half Board is a joke, not funny though. The bread was as a rock, the salad wilted, the main course was raw ( battered frozen fish filet was raw soggy fish with egg taste in a broccoli sauce that was served previously as soup and exploded rice). - the restaurant view consists of a very strange back of a SF building and some of the waterfall; -the hotel looks like a movie set from 30's and one feels the last updating was made in the 30's as well; - the staff is friendly, but most of them were new to the place and even the country, it is a sign when an Austrian is unwilling to work there :)! All town strange, feels deserted and lost in time, we had an uneasy felling all the time. It is not just the hotel that we can not recommend but the whole town is a no-no!

whole staff, especially Tomi, was really kind and helpful. the structure is a bit old, but still elegant and comfortable. position is really romantic, i advice waterfall view.

the food is a bit strange. breakfast is ok, but dinner is odd. food looks better than it tastes. exception for apfelstrudel that was great.

I have Celiac disease, and I have to be very careful about what I eat (e.g. no wheat, barley, oats, or rye). The staff at Sanotel Bad Gastein were very respectful of my dietary needs. I was provided with gluten free bread at breakfast and dinner. In addition, the multi-course dinner meals prepared for me were always gluten free. They were also quite tasty and well presented. If you have Celiac disease, I highly recommend that you try Sanotel Bad Gastein.

Wunderbare Lage am Wasserfall, sehr schönes Spa, freundliches Personal. Geräumiges schönes Badezimmer, großes Zimmer.

Die Zimmereinrichtung ist wirklich in die Jahre gekommen, insbesondere der Teppichboden muss dringend erneuert werden.

Bello il centro benessere, con piscina suene e area relax assolutamente di livello altro, spaziose e belle anche le camere dotate di un bel terrazzo.La vista sulla cascata godibile da vari punti dell'albergo è eccezionale

Il personale non ha un buon livello di inglese, la colazione non era particolarmente curata e comunque non adeguata alla classificazione 4 stelle

Byli jsme celkově spokojeni, hotel je sice daleko od stanice kabinové lanovky, ale zajišťují dopravu tam i zpět. Má skvělé wellness. Zaměsnanci jsou ochotní a kuchyně i obsluha je dobrá. Díky lázeňskému městu je cenová úroveň poněkud vyšší.

Die Aussicht ist direkt auf den Wasserfall. Sehr schön anzusehen.

Der Wasserfall ist halt sehr laut. Im Sommer kann man nicht bei offenen Fenster schlafen.

Et hotell som ga god service og var imøtekommende. Fin kombinasjon med skiaktivitet i Alpene på dagtid og velværeavdelingen om kvelden. Godt mat med gode råvarer. Skal jeg tilbake i området, kan jeg godt komme til å bruke dette hotellet igjen. Anbefales!

Ikke den beste beliggenheten nede i juvet ved fossen, begrenset utsikt, men sjarmerende og mye nostalgi i område.

Přijeli jsme na místo pozdě večer a měli jsme místo večeře, kterou jsme nestihli připravené studené mísy na pokoji

Servicen og komforten var super. privat skibus til liften.

Den del af byen hotellet ligger i er øde og forladt. Tingene sker længere oppe i byen.

Deskundig, vriendelijk en zeer klantvriendelijk personeel in een mooi hotel met goede voorzieningen zoals spa en zwembad.

het eten was goed maar niet bijzonder.

da die Gasteiner Ache aussergewöhnlich viel Wasser führte war der Geräuschpegel nächtens gewöhnungsbedürftig - aber wir wollten ja Zimmer mit Blick auf den Wasserfall!

έχω πάει τρις φορές. για μένα είναι ένα από τα καλύτερα σημεία του κόσμου. κάτω από ένα χιονισμένο καταράκτη 200μ., δωμάτεια, πισίνα, τραπεζαρία όλα με τζάμι, κάτω απ το σούπερ θέαμα. είναι τόσο ζεστό, που το βράδυ μπορείς να κοιμάσε με λίγο ανοικτό το παράθυρο και να νανουριστής με τον ήχο του καταράκτη. υπηρεσίες, φαγητό, καθαριότητα τέλεια. μετακινήσεις δικές τους! το χωριό έχει πίστες για σκι, τελεφερικ για την κορφή των άλπεων και νεροπαιδότοπο με νεροτσουλήθρες, σπα, με θέα τις πίστες. παραμυθένιο!
