The elegant and cozy Hotel Europäischer Hof is an ideal choice for a wonderful and relaxing vacation in the famous mountain spa resort of Bad Gastein.

Located in between Hofgastein and Bad Gastein, Appartement Miranda, offers an apartment with balcony overlooking the Gasteiner Valley. Alpentherme Thermal Bath and Stubnerkogel Ski Lift are 2 km away....
Score from 1 review Good
Located at 1,100 metres above sea level at the foot of the Graukogel Mountain, Hotel Helenenburg is right next to the ski slope in Bad Gastein.
Score from 85 reviews Very good
The staff is very friendly. The view from our room of the waterfall was fantastic.
Excellent service, staff extremely helpful. Good price. Nice spa. Beautiful views.
Penthouse with glass root was just perfect, good souna and pool. Bad Gashtain itself is not really suitable for babies, no place to walk, better choosing bad hof gashtain, but for those skying it was great.

Michael was great guy and very helpful! Hotel Spa was also enjoyable after a long day in great slopes
clean, location was good
staff was not very friendly and the interior has not been updated much since the 1980s.
Great pool and sauna
Nice spa area Transport to slopes great Standard of food good
Smoking in the bar On our last night we couldn't get into eat until after 9 pm and we were rushed out quickly. We were ready to eat by 7.30 but they kept sending us back to the bar The manager never came to see if we were ok. No breakfast available next am for our early start at 7 even fruit or yoghurt would have been nice and we did pay for it in our package No manager again available to discuss with
Breakfast and Saunas. A very helpful and serviceminded receptionist, Michael.
We booked taxi both ways, but arrived in Salzburg where no one met us. We also had to arrange taxi back on Our own. The car from the hotel leaving as late as 08:15in the mornings and the breakfast starting as late as 07:30. The bar area was not very cozy.
Nice Spa & good breakfast!
We where promised a flat screen TV and a "panoramic view". We where given a 14" 4:3 old/thick TV and a room facing the back side of the hotel. After telling the staff about this, they gave us a different room facing the mountains, but with 2 normal windows. We where told that there are no flat screen tv's in the entire hotel!!
Staff very helpfull. Shuttle service to cable car/skislopes was fantastic. Kids loved the pool/spa area. All in all good value for money
Quality of dinner menu left something to wish for. Hotel is located in a beatiful spot but unfortunately a number of hotels, shops and bars are closed down in that part of town.
The location was good although being accommodated in the 'Annexe' made us feel like virtual intruders at times.
The restaurant is just DREADFUL from a staff and management perspective! We were allocated a table on arrival (behind a plastic tree which hid all view) and the staff did all they could to stop us moving. They are completely inflexible and do whatever they can just to make their own lives easier - regardless of what guests want! The "Wellness" area is another example of bad management - it is more like a noisy playground where kids scream and shout and jump into the pool while adults talk VERY loudly - there is no "wellness or relaxation" there at all! Also, the shared change facilities have changing cubicles available but are used by some guests as a nudist change area - not the most comfortable experience as some (I/we) do not feel that is appropriate in an International hotel.
Hotel was great, staff very helpfull and kind, room was fantastic and spacious.Breakfast good and plentiful, evening meals excellent. Boot room was good at the front of the hotel and the shuttle service was immediate
Close to train station .very scenic location. Great staff. Cable car to mountain top is really worth doing.
We did not like that the hotel changed the management and especially the cuisine. Therefore we were very disappointed and felt that we did not get real value of our money. We won't come back again.
very nice wellness and place
i liked helpfulness of staff, variety of food offered, the room(views of waterfall...magnificent),service was friendly, pool area was lovely, and there was access to a beautiful walking area nearby.hotel would be lively in winter!
loved hotel, but not town centre area'i.e.'Thermencongress'building with its ugly concrete car park.Who could have thought that this would add to the elegance of the town?
