Everything! Luxury, location, design, colours, room layout, furniture, ambience - really enjoyed my stay & staff were exceptional

Room was great, everything was new. Staff very friendly but also very professional. We had dinner in the restaurant one night, food was superb but restaurant empty, don't understand that.

Nothing at all unless I was going to be very pedantic.

Perfect location near Museumsquartier. Separate toilet, functional bathroom. Spa and sports facilities. Modern and clean.

The two elevators make private rides for apartment owners on the top floors which can lead to waiting time in busy hours.

Beautifully situated in the Museum Quarter, the hotel is well placed with most major sites a short walk from the front door. Transport in Vienna is accessible and when you return from a busy day, this hotel is excellent. My room was spacious, clean and very well designed. The staff were fantastic and had I stayed longer, I would definitely have made use of the pool and spa. Would be hard pushed to stay anywhere else having tried this place.

Absolutely new, designed hotel. Excellent location new to Hofburg and many other museums, Volksteatr is in the next building. Excellent room, spa. Very friendly staff. Cleaning is on time, twice a day. In a word, the hotel is fantastic.

May be a little bit over priced.

Design concept of the rooms, facilities, staff professionalism and care, fantastic location for tourists visiting museums.

Service during breakfast was little bit slow and variety of food was not good for children.

The hotel is modern with many luxury features plus nice facilities such as a pool and spa, rooms are beautifully decorated and well equiped. The hotel staff were extremely friendly and helpful, some of the best I have known. The hotel is well located close to the city centre.

Everything was presented Excellently, Extremely comfortable rooms, Helpfull Staff. Under ground and Tram Right outside, only 5 minute walk from shopping area.

No complementary Water in rooms, Tiled floors in the corridors made them quite load and rooms could be sound proofed more.

Just been refinished with lovely rooms (superior room had hand painted wallpaper), and good interior design. Great for a weekend break an easy walking distance to the museum and galleries.

No gripes at all.

Everything about this hotel was splendid! The staff were excellent, the breakfast was delicious with plenty of yummy choices, including freshly prepared eggs of your choosing and the rooms were fabulously comfortable and state of the art. The spa was the best part, especially the pool which my husband and I had all to ourselves! We will be coming back again for sure!!!

Staff were universally excellent (friendly and efficient) and were patient with my poor German when it would have been quicker to talk in English. The bar was very cosy. Location was good, just outside the Innere Stadt and right next to a U-Bahn station

Room was large, but fairly standard fittings and poorly laid out. The desk was placed rather strangely and made accessing the wardrobe difficult. As it was fixed there was no way to alter this. Also the leg space in the desk was rather narrow, so narrow that the chair they provided could not be placed under the desk, further restricting the access to the wardrobe.

We liked the design and friendly staff and it's proximity to the centre.

The lack of a lounge, the sound of doors slamming in the early morning (the kitchen?)

Decor and facilities

Sans Souci is a very stylish hotel with excellent ambiente and very caring and professional staff and a beautiful spa. I am a very demanding guest as I travel a lot and in this hotel I felt at home.

The staff were very professional and able to answer questions about the location and local facts. (Thanks especially to Alena, who helped with a wardrobe malfunction before a business meeting). The hotel is clean and comfortable.

On February 7, I was awakened in the morning by very loud construction noises (pounding of hammer, I think). It was 7:22 am in the morning when the construction work began; I had planned to sleep late that day, so was disappointed and a bit surprised. This had nothing to do with the desk staff, who were great. I hope that in the future, this hotel can hire construction workers who will keep the noise down in the early morning.
