staff friendly,helpfull, breakfast had good selection,room was large was cold and reported to rececption and was rectified straight away as was request for a secound pillow. |

Hotel Scherer was close to the train station and on a side street that was quiet. The staff was the best we saw in the three country area. We got in late and they booked us on the tour for the next day at no charge, gave us a good recommendation for dinner and found us a room in the hotel for the next night and let us leave our bags there. Very clean rooms and very cute breakfast area with good food. |

The room was confortable and clean. The staff was very nice. Breakfast is good. The rooms need AC, too hot in summer. We have small children and the hotel it's a bit far from city center. |

near to train station, near the river room was very small to 3 people. safety box was damaged and they didn't fix it till we leave. |

Sehr persönliche Betreuung, höflich, freundlich, zuvorkommend, hilfsbereit.Das Frühstück war ausreichend, das Zimmer war ok und an der Rezeption wurde jeder Wunsch erst genommen. Wir werden sicher dieses Hotel wieder buchen. 4 Sterne stell ich mir anders vor, denn die Zimmer sind dafür relativ einfach ausgestattet, aber das war auch schon. |

Dame am Frühstücksbuffett sehr freundlich Doppelzimmer reserviert, Dreibettzimmer erhalten. Nach Reklamation Dopelzimmer erhalten, aber am nächsten Tag in ein anderes, kleineres und lauteres übersiedeln müssen, kein Discount dafür erhalten! |

Personalen i receptionen var trevlig och hjälpsam. Badrummet var fräscht. Ligger nära stationen. Frukostbuffen hade kunnat vara större, jag saknade olika ostar och grönsaker samt ägg. |

ontbijt buffet was uitstekend, bedden voldoende we hadden een kamer aan de straatkant, dat was erg lawaaiig, daarom hebben we na 1 nacht een andere kamer gevraagd en gekregen aan de achterkant |
