il personale molto cordiale e poi parlano correttamente l'italiano... - No aria condizionata ed è un 4 stelle!! - la luce andava via di continuo!! - e poi sulla pagina dell'albergo c'è scritto ke ci vogliono solo 15 minuti a piedi per arrivare al centro, invene ci vuole una mezz'ora andando veloce!!! |

La colazione E' da considerare come un 2 stelle... ha mobilio degli anni 60, è molto vecchio e non ha l'aria accondizionata. La camera puzzava da umidità e la moquete era sporca. Molto rumoroso perche la strada dove si trova l'albergo è tanto trafficata. |

Hotel Scherer was close to the train station and on a side street that was quiet. The staff was the best we saw in the three country area. We got in late and they booked us on the tour for the next day at no charge, gave us a good recommendation for dinner and found us a room in the hotel for the next night and let us leave our bags there. Very clean rooms and very cute breakfast area with good food. |

The room was confortable and clean. The staff was very nice. Breakfast is good. The rooms need AC, too hot in summer. We have small children and the hotel it's a bit far from city center. |

near to train station, near the river room was very small to 3 people. safety box was damaged and they didn't fix it till we leave. |

Sehr persönliche Betreuung, höflich, freundlich, zuvorkommend, hilfsbereit.Das Frühstück war ausreichend, das Zimmer war ok und an der Rezeption wurde jeder Wunsch erst genommen. Wir werden sicher dieses Hotel wieder buchen. 4 Sterne stell ich mir anders vor, denn die Zimmer sind dafür relativ einfach ausgestattet, aber das war auch schon. |

Dame am Frühstücksbuffett sehr freundlich Doppelzimmer reserviert, Dreibettzimmer erhalten. Nach Reklamation Dopelzimmer erhalten, aber am nächsten Tag in ein anderes, kleineres und lauteres übersiedeln müssen, kein Discount dafür erhalten! |
