Since 01 May 2008, the hotel offers its own children's playground in the green garden.
The hotel bar is now open from 00:00-24:00. Drinks, snacks, ice cream and selected seasonal dishes are available around the clock.
Disabled people are very welcome in our hotel, but we do not offer the official status "suitable for the disabled". All rooms and public areas are reachable by wheelchair.

The hotel stuff was friendly, quick and helpful...free internet in the rooms,...it is a nonsmokers hotel. It was my second visit at the hotel and i think there will be also the third. |

We (3 adults in a 3-bed-room) liked the Hotel in general during our 3day stay in Vienna, but really exceptional was the breakfast buffet! And the lady who attended to it, because she added fresh food continuously! Also the fact that the 'Heurigen' is within walking distance, so you can leave the car in the Hotel-Garage. The 'Höhenstrasse' is about a mile away where you can visit 'Kahlenberg' or 'Leopoldsberg' and you have a fantastic view over Vienna! |

Good room and breakfast. Garage parking available which is necessary, best to pre-book a space. Free internet in room via cable Very limited menu in the restaurant, mainly snacks, so had to go out to eat. The whole hotel smelled of cooking oil, even on the 4th floor.heating not working in the room (it was snowing outside!) |

Little garden made us feel the fresh air in the morning. Breakfast was good if considering with the special rate we got. Staff suddenly remebered how to smile as we paid and checked out at 10:00am in the morning. She might have a bad mood during we stayed (We checked in at 20:00, total 14 hours. Talked with the same person three times: Checked-in, After Breakfast, Checked-out). |

The suff was very nice, the breakfast was rich, and the location in the street surrounded with vineyards and full of vine cellars and nice, cheap restaurants. Maybe rooms could be cleaned and maintained more carefully. There were some spider's webs on the bathroom ceiling, the ventilator was not working and the shower gel dose was empty and not filled during our stay. |

The rooms are very big compared to a standard room in Wien and nicely designed. Although the hotel is facing the street, it has very good isolation, so the rooms are very quiet. The hotel staff is very kind and helpful (we even received flyers from them flyers and maps of Wien). The breakfast can have a bigger selection, but this is not a major problem. Everything that was included in the breakfast was great. |

We've been back to this hotel a number of times, this time with our 1 1/2 month old daughter. Everything was fine. Need I say more? Nice people, good hotel, good value for money. And they only keep on improving. |
