I loved being in Durstein, however Durnstein was much smaller than anticipated. When most cities in Europe shut down at 6 p.m. it leaves little to do. Our conceige recommended a GREAT restaruant within walking distance, where English was spoken and the food enjoyed! |

I loved everything about this hotel!! I booked a superior room to get a room with river view. It was definitely worth paying the extra money. The only thing I've noticed is that the wireless internet was not for free although it said so on this booking web site (Japanese version). The wireless internet was 7 euro a day. |

Situated directly on the Danube in a gorgeous region of Austria, the Hotel Schloss Durnstein is a wonderful hotel -- great rooms with fantastic views and a very pleasant and helpful staff. Breakfast on the terrace above the Danube was a highlight of our trip. |

Hotel Schloss Durnstein was a wonderful treat! We had 15 year old daughter with us and she felt like a princess. The hotel restaurant was excellent. Our eyes rolled when they brought out the chocolate cherry dessert. Elegant display and service. Another favorite was the spa. It was beautiful and we had the entire pool to ourselves. Daughter loved the tanning solarium |

Lage, Essen , sauna , daumpfbad, innenpool , Ein Föhn der ins Museum gehört, Ein Fernseher vor 20 Jahren, zum Duschen wuß man sich in der Badewanne hinsetzen da es keine Halterung gib, es gibt keine Klima Anlage |

Das Ambiente und die liebevolle Einrichtung. Die Lage mit Aussicht ist traumhaft. Das Angebot und Service im Hotel lassen keine Wünsche offen. Beleuchtung im Bad. Duschschlauch zu kurz (Badewanne) und das Duschglas ist falsch positioniert. Da jedes Zimmer individuell eingerichtet ist, kann es sein, dass nur Zimmer 3 davon betroffen ist.Jedoch ist die Einrichtung Bad/WC sehr originell. Kompliment. |

Der persönliche und freundliche Empfang war hervorragend, die tägliche Morgenpost informativ und aufmunternd, das Essen insbesondere Halbpensionsmenü war vorzüglich, überschaubare Anzahl von Zimmer und Gästen, noble aber nicht zu steife Atmosphäre, historisches Gebäude und toller Ausblick. Schuhputzservice über die Nacht. Konzertkartenreservierung über den Empfang. Den Duschkopf musste man von Hand halten, sonst alles perfekt. |
