Atmosphere is the best I've ever felt in a hotel. People working at the hotel are also fantastic. "Double room" should be larger for this price, but I guess I got the smallest one. |

Beautiful location, with excellent view over Salzburg, walking distance to city center (with elevator). Very kind and helpfull staff. Restaurant is not as good as I expected and very expensive. |

The room was beautiful and had an amazing view of Salzburg which was not that obvious to us from the description of the hotel. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful but not overbearing or snobby like in some other higher end hotels. Their restaurant was very good as well. |

Das Personal, das Flair so wie das Ambiente, man hatte das Gefühl das das Personal die Wünsche die entstehen lesen kann und unmittelbar darauf reagiert. Kleine Toilette auf dem Zimmen. |

4コースのディナー付きプランで、その食事がめちゃくちゃおいしかった。朝食もしかり、スクランブルエッグをどうしたらあんなにおいしく作れるのかと、疑問に思うほどだった。 |
