we were upgraded from the standard to deluxe room gratis! beatiful area, beatiful building with the interior, the drinks in room minibar were included in the room :-D some of the waitress in the restaurant seespitz were not to friendly

Außer den angeführten Punkten, s.oben, ist dieses Hotel auch sehr auf Hundebesitzer eingestellt. Das ist wirklich ein Geheimtipp für Hundebesitzer. Der Morgen beginnt mit einem guten Frühstück, daß kann man auch wörtlich nehmen kann, es bleibt kein Wunsch offen. Im Schlosssternrestaurant genießt man auf hohem Niveau, ein kulinarischer Genuss, das sollte man sich nicht entgehen lassen, man wird nicht enttäuscht, ein Haus für den Gourmet.Die Möglichkeit zum Baden, man kann im Wörthersee, sowohl als auch im anliegenden Pool baden. Alles in allem, es lohnt sich, warum auch immer, dort im Hotel seine Zeit zu verbringen, man kommt dort immer wieder hin, wenn man dort gewesen ist.

Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich und zuvorkommen. Das Hotel ist sehr schön. Das Frühstück im Restaurant Seespitz hat uns besser gefallen! Auch war das Angebot beim Frühstücksbuffet füher besser.

Sehr freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal, immer um den Gast bemüht - ohne aufdringlich zu sein. Großzügige Hotelanlage, wunderbares Zimmer (Bad!!!) mit Annehmlichkeit von kostenlosen antialkoholischen Getränken + Kaffee/Tee, toller Spa-Bereich mit luxuriösem Umkleidebereich - Hotel insgesamt sehr zu empfehlen!!! Kleine Kritikpunkte/Anregungen: kürzere Distanzen zw. Frühstücksbuffet + Tisch wären sinnvoll (soll lt. Personal ohnehin in Kürze erfolgen), detaillierte Infos über Hotel fehlten am Zimmer (z.B. Öffnungszeiten Restaurant, Spa ..., Ausstattung Spa inkl. mögliche Anwendungen, ...), keine Namensschilder des Personals - Widerspruch zur grundsätzlich schönen Idee der "persönlichen Assistenten", bessere Logistik der Lichtsteuerung am Zimmer (Teile der Badbeleuchtung nur vom Bett ein-/ausschaltbar!)

Прекрасный отель,очень красивые номера.Месторасположение очень удачное.Изысканные завтраки. Персонал не внимателен к иностранным туристам.За завтраком обслуживают сначала своих,а потом если делать нечего вспоминают и о тебе. В воскресенье все горничные отдыхают, поэтому номера не убирают и кровати не растилают.

Impozantní hotel. Vlastní pláž na břehu jezera a vnitřní a venkovní vyhřívaný bazén. Nealko minibar a noviny z celého světa v ceně. Late check-out bez problému. Vybavení pokoje již lehce opotřebované (na 5* hotel). Asi nejlepší a nejvyhlášenější hotel v oblasti, takže přitahuje mnoho bohatých nehledících na peníze, takže cena ubytování je spíše vysoká oproti službám.

Die Lage und das Ambiente insgesamt ist einzigartig. Das Ausstattung des Restaurants entspricht nicht meinem Geschmack. Der Wellnessbereich (Sauna, etc.) entspricht nicht der Preiskategorie. Die Frühstückszeit sollte bis 12.00 Uhr verlängert werden.
