Technik, Größe des Zimmers, Badelandschaft am See. Beim Einzug im Zimmer funktionierte die Klimaanlage nicht, wir waren über 24 Stunden ohne Klimaanlage. Am darauffolgenden Tag kamen wir um 17 Uhr ins Zimmer zurück und es wurde noch nicht Sauber gemacht. Wir mußten das Zimmermädchen suchen, damit wir uns brausen und einen frischen Handtuch erhielten. Uns wurde schriftlich einen Tisch im Gourmet Restaurant mit unseren 6 kg. Leichten Dackel bestätigt (Hochzeitstagsessen) aber wir durften nicht hinnein. Inzwischen war es 20 Uhr Samstag Abend und wir konnten nirgendwo anders in Velden einen Tisch bekommen. Wir mußten dann einen Taxi nehmen und ausserhalb des Ortes essen. Die Mitarbeiter sollten besser informiert werden, was erlaubt ist und was nicht. |

Einerseits natürlich die Gepflegtheit und andererseits aber auch die Zuvorkommenheit des Personals!! Gibt leider nicht zu meckern!! Wir können nur sagen: Danke für die schöne Zeit und wir kommen bestimmt wieder!!! |

Das vornehme gepflegte Ambiente. Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter. Das wunderschöne Haus. Ich hab mich "willkommen" gefühlt. Bei der Dusche ist die Türe nicht zu geblieben....und deshalb war nach dem Duschen der Badezimmerboden nass. |

Sehr luxuriöses Hotel, aufmerksames Personal. Es fehlte an nichts! Da es außerhalb der Saison war, war das Hotel sehr leer. Außer uns vielleicht noch 5 Gäste! Schade! |

Lo staff si prodiga molto nel servire i clienti. Le camere sono davvero molto spaziose. Non tutti i servizi della SPA funzionavano. Poco personale nella SPA (non siamo riusciti a prenotare un massaggio di coppia con un giorno di anticipo). Ci sono state alcune "sbavature" immediatamente corrette: un invito sbagliato al breakfast, il giornale non consegnato. Ma complessivamente il servizio è molto buono. |

sehr schöne Zimmer & perfekter Service, der Nebensaisonspreis ist unschlagbar und Dank des schönen Wellnessbereich kann man einen Aufenthalt selbst im November in Velden empfehlen. |
