Simply a very beautiful place. Nice location with pool and recreation sites uphill. Friendly staff, perfect service, excellent breakfast. Very convenient location in Graz, everything important is within walking distance.

Rooms could be a bit bigger.

I have travelled on my own over many years, making numerous journeys across Europe and the in thing that I hope for is to be welcomed and treated like a special guest. The Schlossberg Hotel in Graz provided the warmest welcome I have ever had I would say that the staff are a credit to the city of Graz. I will return for sure thanks in the main to the staff at Schlossberg.

The Schlossberghotel was a completely charming, elegant hotel. The antiquity of the building combined with all of the modern art work was wonderful. The location was perfect for walking to restaurants, shopping and many of the main attractions of Graz.

Outstanding service. Parking, luggage, check-in - everything was taken care of within minutes. Very nice sauna and relaxation room with free beverages. Breakfast and was excellent. Hotel's staff is warm and friendly. Lovely atmosphere of true boutique hotel and great location right next to the main city attraction - Uhrturm.

The room was a lot smaller than we expected from the photos.

The staff were brilliant, the room was outstanding, the position was perfect, the breakfast was simply the best we have ever experienced. We could not have asked for more.

Front ladies' smile and kind support was very nice. Free Wi-Hi is good for both PC and i-Pod. Location is also very good. Tram stop is just in front of the hotel.

The Schlossberg hotel is a gorgeous gem located in the heart of the city. The staff was superb, the room was beautifully appointed and spacious with a great view. Terrific location within walking distance of all the main sites of the city.

This is the most convenient and friendly hotel we've ever been. Definitely will stay there next time.

Breakfast could be included in the price, or at least be cheaper. We didn't take breakfast in the hotel, but found a very nice place near the hotel, where we were offered 5 types of breakfast. The price for two was less than hotel's price for one person.

We stayed as part of an Irish wedding party - something of a challenge for any hotel. The staff were unfailingly friendly and helpful. They could not do enough for us. The location is stunning, the service impeccable, and we were given a good deal on the room - not budget prices but excellent value for a five star hotel. Highly recommended.

at first the staff are very nice and helpful ( i don't think you saw any like them). Location is very good 3 min to city center. it has a very beautiful roof top to spend time in evenings.

Location, location, location. The air conditioning was a life saver during the heat spell. Very luxurious and service oriented. There is a modest swimming pool and wonderful views. Any wish you had, would probably have been met at a cost. Luxury.

Breakfast may have been wonderful, but it cost 17 euros per person and the hotel parking was 16 euros per night and valeted, which also is convenient...it all depends on your budget.

The Schlossberghotel is a place with an amazingly good vibe. I wish there was a Schlossberghotel in every city I travel to.

We stayed in many hotels during our 4 week stay in Europe. This was the very best hotel. Location, cleanliness, attention of frontdesk staff and restaurant staff were all outstanging. Will return to Graz again just to stay at this hotel!!!

No problems or complaints

Location was fantastic. It is very close to city centre & also to the hill top, where one can go & relax, have nice view of the graz city. Staff service was excellent, ever smiling whether it is day or night. Very cooperative. I was provided room of my choice Breakfast was very nice. Tea kettle with all stuff was provided free of cost. Internet connectivity was good.

Furniture was regular/ordinary type, The wardrobe lock was inconvenient.

The hotel is very clean and the staff was helpful and very kind. The rooms are spacious and clean and the hotel has a very nice rustic look. Free WiFi worked very good.

There are things to be improved about this hotel. For three days there was a noise in our room from some kind of machine. The hotel staff seemed unable to do anything about it, but they offered us to sleep over in another room. Also the catering service they hire is a disaster. Avoid it at all costs. We ordered a soup and a pizza. It arrived after two hours!? The pizza was cold and the soup was so salty it was uneatable. We never payed for it, but nevertheless we also stayed hungry that evening. Couples traveling to this hotel note that you can only get a double smoking room or a twin non-smoking room. No other combination is possible. There are only Austrian/German channels on the TV so it was useless to us.

As I was visting my son who is at the university, it was an ideal location. It's a beautiful Austrian Hotel with great staff, design, breakfast, quiet, intimate and unique.

......, dass es sehr lange dauert, bis das Personal die Getränke auf die Terrasse bringt. Aber das kann auch eine Ausnahme gewesen sein, da sonst alles perfekt war.
