Schlossvilla Miralago  

Nice location. Rooms are nicely decorated. Breakfast in the garden. We left at night , the owner staid up and made us breakfast, at 2.30 AM. Thank you for that.

The bathroom, to small, regulation of the water temperature. Owner and Managment staff are nice but look not organised. This gives an idea of chaos.

* Awesome location right at the Wörthersee with private beach. * Beautiful turn of the centruy villa with original furniture. * Very good breakfast including everything you might want from an Austrian breakfast. * Lovely private beach and garden.

* Showering in the room was a nightmare (either boiling hot or ice cold). I received 10% off or the inconvenience since they were not able to fix the problem, which was ok but not ideal. * The room was very small and not close to 4*** rating. --> No fridge, no phone, shower as explained above, very small, no TV, not very clean (very dusty under the bed). * Service can definitely be improved. A bored bartender at the beach bar (not at all proactive), inexperienced staff serving breakfast (no milk and sugar with coffee, dirty spoon with the egg, you have to ask for everything etc). * The house is so beautiful, unfortunately it is full with kitsch objects and bad pseudo-modern paintings that diminish the unique turn of the century atmosphere and original furniture. * No toilet at the beach. * Overpriced meals in the hotel - you can get top rated cuisine in the Wörthersee area for the same price.

Ok, if you are looking for a luxury 5 star hotel, this is not for you. If you're looking for a wonderful, relaxing, beautiful place to stay, with amazing views, this hotel wins hands down. We arrived on our motorcycle looking a bit hot and bothered and went to check in. Johannes, the owner, would have none of it and insisted we sit down outside and relax with a glass of wine before doing anything. Johannes is one of those people who is very cool without trying. All the staff are also very efficient and friendly. But the highlight of our stay was Johannes can prepare a meal that is out of this world. He is a true master of the kitchen. Even if you don't stay here, book in for dinner and sit outside overlooking the lake and mountains. You won't regret it. An added bonus is that it's only a few minutes walk into Portschach. We ended up staying an extra 2 nights we liked it that much. Thanks Johannes, we'll see you again.

Nothing really. All the great things outweigh and negatives.

понравилась природа и расположение

не очень уютно как-то все. хотя у меня номер был самый большой и самый лучший, как-то уюта в нем не было. и еще: я приехал в отель, а мне сказали, что мой номер уже кем-то ранее зарезервирован и что мне придется жить в другом. меня после пере лета самолетом водили во разным номерам, но я сказал, что я резервировал улучшенный люкс и в нем я и буду жить, иначе,-я уеду от туда. после этого, мне предоставили этот номер.

zimmereinrichtung doch schon etwas veraltet, aber noch nicht als antiquität zu bezeichnen.

Отель оставил самые благоприятные воспоминания - отличная доброжелательная команда сотрудников, которые искренне стараются сделать пребывание гостей приятным и комфортным. Завтраки на лужайке выше всяких похвал! Вообще впечатление очень домашней обстановки- небольшое количество гостей, уютная территория, красивая вилла... Обязательно поедем в Miralago еще))

Traumlage mit sehr guten Serviceleistungen: excellentes Frühstück, Angebot für ein tolles Dinner. Große Liegefläche mit direktem Seezugang Sehr bemühte Servicekräfte erreichen ein hohes Wohlgefühl. Insgesamt ein sehr entspannender Ort mit fast familiärer Athmosphäre.

Insbesondere die Lage, der Baustil und das Service.

Kein Lift in die einzelnen Stockwerke!

Wunderbare Lage , naturbelassener Luxus.

Etwas lange Wartezeiten beim Abendessen. 1x abends u. morgens nur Kaltwasser !!! Insgesamt etwas überhöhte Preise
