Cancellation

All children under 3 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years are charged EUR 10.00 per night and person for cots.
All older children or adults are charged EUR 18.00 per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 2.
Any extra bedding is upon request and needs to be confirmed by the hotel.
Supplements will not be calculated automatically in the total costs and have to be paid separately in the hotel.

Breakfast is served from 07:30 to 10:00, lunch from 12:00 to 14:00 and dinner from 18:00 to 20:00.
The restaurant is closed on Mondays.

The hotel is situated in a very friendly little Austrian town, close to the Hungarian border. The room, facilities and staff were excellent and the recepcionist was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was pelntyful and good quality. My room (62?) looked brand new and very clean. As I was returning to my room very late at night/early morning, I specifically asked if that would be a problem, and I was able to get to my room even though the reception is closed at night. The only thing I did not like was that my room had no airconditioning, and it was a bit warm at night. |

Luxe voor een betaalbare prijs. Uitstekende maaltijden. Terras en zwembad aanwezig. Gratis parkeergelegenheid. Jammer dat de hotelkamers geen airco en zelfs geen ventilator hebben! Alleen het dorp Deutschkreutz heeft weinig te bieden, maar de omgeving des te meer. |

Ruhige Lage, luxuriöse Austattung bei zivilen Preisen Leider gab es keinen Nachtportier, bei dem man nach dem Konzert noch einen dort wachsenden Blaufränkischen bekommen hätte. |
