Good location close to the centre on Innsbruck and easy to find. Hotel parking was good although it might be tricky if you can't get a space in the hotel car park. |

The hotel was basic, clean and reasonably comfortable. You have to order breakfast the night before. No air conditioning or fan, not a normal problem in Innsbruck I shouldn't think, but we arrived in a heat wave. |

we enjoyed Innsbruck in this hotel. we had 3 rooms, nice and comfortable .The owner was very cordial and served us very kindly. we had 3 rooms for the same price but one of the 3 was really smaller. |

Perfect location, walking distance to the city center and easy to reach by car. Hotel interior is nice and cozy. The room was a bit dark, even during the day you need to put on the lights. Breakfast is expensive. |

The family Auer were exceptionally nice people. The hotel is relatively modern and very clean. The price is excellent for such a centrally located hotel, just across the bridge from the old town. The stairs are difficult for heavy luggage; there is no elevator. The front rooms are noisy at night. |

A spacious room for 4. The breakfast did not offer various choices. If you drive, the parking fee is charged. The garage parking is a fare walk away from the hotel, but the information of its location is obvious. |

Very strategic position. At a first glance, we feel that we are out of the city, in fact, only a few steps, we are in some great attactions! The atmosphere in the hotel is great, especially the bar and restaurant. Breakfast is fairly OK. But the Tirolean ham is a great point. |

La cortesia dei titolari e del personale. L'ottima posizione, vicina al centro della città. L'accoglienza della sala da pranzo. La pulizia della camera e dei servizi. La tranquillità della camera assegnataci. Il lavandino del bagno troppo piccolo. La mancanza di accappatoi o asciugamani grandi per la doccia. |

L'hôtelier est charmant, l'établissement agréable, le petit déjeuner délicieux. L'hôtel est au bord de l'Inn à une petite distance de la gare mais cela permet de traverser un quartier historique de la ville. Internet parfait. Voilà qui change de certains hôtels prétentieux d'Innsbruck où rien ne marche et où le personnel s'en désintéresse. On aimerait y passer quelques jours au calme Il n'y a pour une fois avec Booking aucun reproche à faire... |
