Family hotel owned by very nice and freindly couple. Location is perfect, just few minutes walk from the citycetner. There is a parking which is really cheap in comparison to other places. Breakfest is good. To summarize - value/quality ration is perfect. In this place I felt really cozy.

Big room, cleaned everyday. Great international breakfast, staff is really very kind! Excellent position in central town!

The room had a bay window overlooking the old part of town. There was an extra bed in an area that was partially blocked by a wall which provided a bit of privacy. Recent remodeling has made the room better than another one that I stayed at a few years ago. The staff was friendly.

There was a bit of smoking on the street outside and below the room.

Traditional family hotel in the heart of Innsbruck. Resently restored. Very friendly stuff with nice and rich breakfast. Cheap car garage with numbers on the parking spaces. Two minutes walk from the Innsbruck historic centre.

This hotel is very close to everything, we really enjoyed Innsbruck and would return and pick this hotel for a stay. The room was very clean and comfortable.

The view to the surrounding mountains, the near-by Inn river and the old city of Innsbruck is not only beautiful, but also relaxing. We like very much that our room had a small loggia from where we could admire this great view every morning and evening. The family that runs the hotel was extremely friendly and helpful, without being intrusive in any way. We felt like at home in the very heart of Innsbruck.

The hotel is in very excellent location, just crossing the river you can access to city center and walk around the city without need of the transportation. The hotel room is nice with very good view of the river.

The check out time is too early at 11:00am and hotel staff mention to me several times that we should check out early. The breakfast does not include in the room rate, but it was already mention in the reservation. The hotel has no elevator and parking lot is 200 meters away, so we need to pull some stuffs in the smaller bag and leave luggage in the car. Car park is safe but too dim.

This was a fantastic hotel for our only night in Innsbruck. Location was excellent - right on the river - and we were fortunate enough to get a room overlooking the river, Altstadt, etc. Everything was very clean and comfortable. Free WiFi and a good breakfast buffet in the morning rounded out a very pleasant stay. Parking in the garage was very easy and reasonably priced. It is probably possible to find street parking, but given the convenience of a garage, it wasn't worth my time to look.

The only downside to this hotel was that though it is a non-smoking hotel, the rooms (I was able to be in 2), smelled of smoke. We figured out that this was probably due to the owner smoking outside, but the smoke drifting inside and literally filling the entire stairway and corridors with smoke.
