Very good position, 5 minutes walk to old city. Friendly staff and good size, comfortable room. Nearby private parking very usefull. |

The family Auer were exceptionally nice people. The hotel is relatively modern and very clean. The price is excellent for such a centrally located hotel, just across the bridge from the old town. The stairs are difficult for heavy luggage; there is no elevator. The front rooms are noisy at night. |

A spacious room for 4. The breakfast did not offer various choices. If you drive, the parking fee is charged. The garage parking is a fare walk away from the hotel, but the information of its location is obvious. |

the location of the hotel was really gut next to th river,the staff was really friendly,the clearness of the room was really gut!!!there you feel really relaxed!!! no everything was perfect!!! |

Very strategic position. At a first glance, we feel that we are out of the city, in fact, only a few steps, we are in some great attactions! The atmosphere in the hotel is great, especially the bar and restaurant. Breakfast is fairly OK. But the Tirolean ham is a great point. |

Very good breakfast. Owner friendly. The price was good. Good location to the old part of the city. The carpets and room could have been cleaner. I would probably stay at another hotel next time because I like it cleaner. |

Excellent location, large, well appointed room, garage close by, we had a room on the street, but street noise was muted, breakfast Street noise could be an issue if you have to keep windows open due to heat |

This hotel was awesome. We are travelling with two teenage daughters and the room we were given was very large with a king bed and two singles. One of the singles was actually in a separated part of the room, which provided some privacy for our older girl. The bathroom was very large. The location was excellent; just across the bridge from old town and close to transport and to a laundromat. Just a small matter, but the Internet code in the room was incorrect and it took awhile to sort that out. |

Nice location, beautiful view overlooking river. Helpful staff. Very nice, large room for three people. Internet available. Good breakfast. Rooms were non-smoking, but smoking was allowed in small lounge area right outside of room, so room smelled of smoke. |

Nicht nur die nahe Stadtlage (kurz über die Innbrücke und schon in der Stadt) sondern auch der familiäre Betrieb zeichnen dieses Hotel besonders aus. Ein Ei zum Frühstück wär das Tüpfelchen auf dem i gewesen ;-) |

Wir waren nur eine Nacht da (Durchreise). Es war aber (fast) alles so, wie wir erwartet hatten. Nettes Personal. Im Internet steht, daß das Hotel eigene Parkplätze besitzt. Das diese aber extra Gebühren kosten, erfuhr ich erst an der Rezeption. Die Parksituation dort ist eher gespannt, alles gebührenpflichtig (außer Sonntags). |
