Great position overlooking the river, character hotel.

Comfortable. Fantastic location. Great staff. Great value for money.

We lost the key and it cost 70 euros to replace which was expensive.

Convenient for old town and sightseeing. Good continental breakfast. Friendly, family owned small hotel/guest house.

No lift, elderly or wheelchairs may struggle.

We stayed over Christmas and it was perfect! We stayed in room 8 which had views across the river to the old town and Christmas markets. The room was huge and so cosy with a cute bay window to look out of. The hotel also treated us to a bottle of wine and Christmas cookies on arrival which made us feel so welcome! We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone and if we return to Innsbruck we'd definitely stay here again!

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious. I liked our room. The location was perfect! Couldn't have picked a better, (and quaint) hotel!)

The rooms are very clean and spacious and the hotel's location is fabulous. Our room faced the main street but as it was cold we kept the windows closed and the noise did not bother us. The wonderful buffet breakfast is definitely worth it - fabulous coffee, fresh-baked breads and croissants, meat and cheese and many other things. The price is quite reasonable and comparable to what you will find in the city, and is definitely worth it if you prefer to have a heftier breakfast.

Location of the hotel was ideal for a city trip, just 3-5 mins walk to the Golden Roof and about 15 mins to the Central Station so didn't bother about the Innsbruck card. We booked the spacious quadruple room for 2 nights and were very pleased of our choice. Breakfast was adequate with cold plates and standard continental selection. We highly recommend this hotel.

Wifi signal was very weak in our room but could just manage to check our mails. Because the hotel is close to the main road and close to local bars, the disturbances from passing traffics and beer huggers at night could be irritating if windows were left open,

The hotel is located directly in front of the river Inn and 5 minutes walk from the city center. The view from the room is amazing! The hotel manager is really helpful and welcoming. Room is clean and well decorated.

There is no air conditioning, so on extremely hot weather the room is hot during daytime. There is no problem at night however if you leave the window open.

The hotel was very clean. Great location and convienent for walking around the city and dining.

The staff were great and dealt with any requests. Really chatty too! The hotel was central - but my room still had wonderful view of the river and the mountains. Considering the prices in Austria, the breakfast was good value as well.

The only issue was the noise. My room was quite hot which I don't mind as long as I can open the windows. But this was not possible due to the car and people noise as the room was facing a main street. Earplugs came in rather handy.

The hotel is in a great location and is beautifully set up. Loved everything about the hotel.
