We thought the waiter who served us dinner was excellent. The spa / fitness centre was also very good. It was a shame you did not provide dressing gowns (robes) for use between the room and the spa |

das zimmer war ok, aber nicht modern. das frühstück war gut. Es waren leider nicht alle Rezeptionisten hilfsbereit. Die eine war sehr höflich und freundlich, die andere wollte uns so schnell wie möglich loswerden. Das Preis Leistungsverhältnis ist nicht so gut. Ohne Auto in die Stadt zu Fuss gehen, da ist der Weg nicht so herrlich, mit Auto perfekt. |

ruhige Atmosphäre, freundliche Bedienung, gutes Essen, ruhige Lage Die Website vermittelt den Eindruck, das Hotel sei etwas mehr abseits, im Grünen, oder zumindest am Stadtrand. Dass es eigentlich inmitten eines Wohnquartieres ist, hat mich im ersten Moment überrascht. Aber: man kann ja in wenigen Minuten zu Fuss den Wald erreichen... also kein Problem. |

Überhaupt nicht. Ich gehe lieber in eine Pension. Das Preisleistungverhältnis stimmt überhaupt nicht. Die Zimmer sind wie in einem Altenheim, sehr karg. Wie hatten Glück das wir das Zimmer zum garten gebucht hatten, "zur wenig befahrenen Straßenseite" wie vom Hotel beschrieben, hat man direkte Anbindung in die Busslinie. Eigentlich hat uns nichts gefallen. Das Frühstück ist dürftig und in keinerweise einem 4 Sterne Hotel angemessen. Auf den Restaurtetest haben wir verzichtet |

Prachtige juniorsuite, mooi zwembad en sauna, eten was goed, uitstekend ontbijt, vriendelijk personeel (op één uitzondering na), goede ligging hotel Jammer dat 't bedlinnen niet verschoond werd tussendoor (we waren er 6 nachten)! |

L'accueil au niveau de la réception était insatisfaisante voire impolie: pas de mots d'accueil, de convivialité, de politesse (svp par ex) pas de sourire à tel point que nous ne sommes pas restés dîner! par ailleurs la description de l'hotel qui précise "dans la verdure en pleine ville" est exagérée - une chambre vue sur le jardin ne devrait pas donner sur une terrasse ( ! ) mais un espace vert |
