Excellent breakfast, very nice and helpful staff in the reception, very good location.

The breakfast was good.

The bathroom was very small, the room was very hot and stuffy, and even though it was a non-smoking floor there was smoke smells from the next rooms.

By a bar way to Noisy! Went for the marathon the price was doubled from 3 months before

The best service that I have met in many years! Various and delicious breakfast! Viewspot on the roof with panoramic Vienna beauty! The best place to stay. Right in the center, close to everything. Next time in Vienna will definitely stay in Schwiezerhof! Thank you the mood on holidays.

May I suggest that you not waste your money on scrambled eggs. Scrambled eggs are not meant to be made and sit about. Your boiled eggs are perfect! Also save your money less heat in the breakfast room :-))

Excellent location, quite environment very close to all attractions in the innerstadt, very friendly and smiley hotel staff, remarkably rich and heavy breakfast for a three star hotel, large convenient bathroom though the room is a bit small but clean enough. We'd definitely want to stay in this hotel next time.

it is in the heart of Vienna, and all important sightseeing points are a few minute walk away. Hotel staff is very helpful. Breakfast is amazing for three star hotel. Rooms are very well heated during this winter time.

Parking garage is little far away.

The maid and breakfast server dressed Austrian and were Austrian. They breakfast waitress wasvvery friendly. The Austrian breakfast. The room keys. The electric shoe brush near elevator. The wi-fi access. The location. The night time host was helpful and friendly and even had a cigarette with my husband talking about Arnold.

The weekend front desk host was a bit offended when I asked where the closest Vienna coffee house is . Or directions to the subway. He would interrupt helping me to answer questions to German speaking customers. He actually helped two other people in the middle of helping me. I frankly thought this was rude and a bit anti- American.

I would certainly stay there again.

Hot water pot for making tea or coffee need to be placed in rooms.

There was construction going on during our stay and the noise woke us up everyday before 8am. I would expect the hotel to at least inform us before assigning the room. Breakfast was quite simple but acceptable...
