Room size and cleanliness; kitchenette; location; bed comfort; friendly staff.
The room rent was not of low value, which could have not made it possible to have complimentary breakfast.
Perfect location, wide-ranging breakfast and very skillfull staff.
Very weak Wi-Fi signal at 4th floor! =(
Location, comfy bed, seemed to be good value compared to other hotels in the area.
Wifi very poor. The shower screen was badly designed and bathroom would get flooded every time we had a shower
good location with inside parking, close to center
"superior suite" is way below expectations regarding spaciousness and quality of room. 4-star is more like 2,5-3.
Good location, great breakfast and good price
the location was perfect
wifi was poor. we got a big room (a junior suite) and the wifi wont reach all the parts of the room.
Room was very spacious. Location vey handy to visit all attractions and dining places
no toiletries provided
staff is very nice and friendly. For any request we had, the responce was always positive. Whenever we asked for a help, it was immediately provided. Special thanks to Alexey who helped to do web airline check-in that was on the unusual web-site;
1. air conditioner didn't work properly; 2. my room, #205, was not quiet: too much of street sounds would go inside; 3. wi-fi required re-login after some time of inactivity. It was annoying; 4. the city tax payment at the check-out moment was unexpected and unpleasant.
Staff great Location excellent
No english tv
Close to centre of city. Travelling by train arrived from Prague at Meidling so Tram 62 to Karlsplatz. Leaving by train to Salzburg so U4 from Karlsplatz to Huttledorf.
About to get ready for bed and found that we had one single doona for a queen size bed. Went to reception who said they would advise housekeeping. Forty minutes later rang reception and was told that they hadn't seen anyone from housekeeping and they didn't have a phone. After another 20 mins. we were delivered a towel and another 10 to receive the doona.
Good location just near the opera. Room was spacious and tidy, staff were very friendly and helpful. A good choice with good value for money. I think that if I stayed in Vienna again I would stay closer to the shopping district as that had more restaurants and bars. It was only a 1.5km walk from the Mecure so fine for us to walk.
The room was a little bit dated, but not enough to detract from our stay.
I liked the location and the breakfast and having coffee and bar available at all times
We felt very badly treated. We paid in advance in full with booking.com months and for two of three nights our toilet was broken. We complained after night 2 but still was broken for night 3 but they never told us. Then said nothing could be done because it was Saturday and manager was away until Monday. In end they offered us one of cheapest breakfast as compensation...thought this was rather shabby
Its location is perfect. The metro station is very close to the hotel. There are many good cafes next to it and it is very close to the city center
Big rooms, clean, tea and coffee making facilities.
Left my sunglasses at the hotel. Emailed the staff and have STILL not received any reply... This is very unprofessional, as this is my property, not theres, and all I asked was for these to be returned to me!! Internet NEVER worked!!
friendly and professional staff, superb location. good for 1-5 days staying
concierge did not take his phone call in the evening
The location is perfect either for a business trip or a culture trip. The staff if competent and friendly. Maybe the price for the breakfast is a little bit too high.
Very good location, hotel is small but nice, warm and very quiet. Breakfast is excellent, pastries, cheeses, fruit, coffee and tea, a great selection, something for everyone ... The rooms are not large but they are functional, the bathroom is spacious ... An excellent choice of hotel if you want to be active. Organisation of parking is perfect. Everything was very good.
Very close to the historic centre of vienna. Location of the hotel the only good I have to say.
Very poor rooms, old with problems in heating the room. Small rooms old fashioned and noisy. Maybe was value for Money for new year eve day because the other hotels where far more expensive but in all it was a bad room of a medium hotel in a very good location
Good location, very close to city center. Friendly staff. Comfortably bed.
Furnitures and carpet were very old and worn-out, should have been changed for years. Wall was dirty. Tv was not working at all, we called reception so they came to try to fix it, but could not make it. Wifi was not working either.
I liked the staff and the beds
if this hotel is baby friendly and has a crib, why don't they have a baby bath tub?!
The best place for living! Comfortable room ang nice staff. Thank you so much!
The location is very central next to the Museum Quartier. Staff was very helpful and welcoming.
There were items from previous clients in the room when we arrived and the following day the room was not done when we came back at night.
